The location felt shady, the room was no-smoking but had definitely been smoked in regardless, there were little bugs flying around, directly above where my head would be there was a cobweb above the bed, the smoke detector was on the counter, the door lock (which leads directly out into the parking lot was broken, and no trash can in the room.

Overall just an old, dirty, rundown, motel that as cheap as it is, I still feel like I overpaid. Walls need to be cleaned. Broken lamp shades. Poorly patched wall holes. Door looked like it had been broken into multiple times in the past!

Need to hire a real cleaning crew so they can be fired and replaced if they can't do the job. The floors were nasty, not vaccumed nor swept. Sink area and bathroom had Smashed Dried flies that had dried on the walls. Long hairs also. Dried soap on the counter.

Book a room on Thursday for Friday. 1. Got to hotel no reservation. They did have a room available 2. Room card didn't work 3. Room looked like it hadn't been painted in years. No carpet just tiles and the tiles were not clean. 4. Bath tub/shower looked like it was from the 50's. Caulk around the spigot. 5. Only 1 lamp maybe to hid the deficiencies. 7. No coffee pot or phone in the room. 8. Car alarm going off at 10 pm for over an hour In all my years of staying in hotels, this was VERY close to the worst

I reserved to non-smoking rooms. One of them was completely filled with the smell of smoke and had an ashtray on the desK. The pool was closed and looked disgusting and the hotel did not look like the website.

Find another motel because this place is not clean and doesn't appear to be safe. The room, floors and bathroom were not clean. The doors appeared to be rotting. The front door wouldn't lock at first. The corporate office of Wyndham should do something drastic to fix this issue.

The place was run down, dirty and definitely not a place you want to stay over at. My wife and I have traveled all over the US and Europe and this was by far the worst place we ever experienced. We have been traveling from Florida to Massachusetts and visiting family in Lavonia on way back and forth for 7 years and normally stay in reasonable priced hotels where all we expect is a clean room, bed, & bathroom where we can take a shower, refresh ourselves and get a good night's rest so we can visit with the family or continue on our way. I would even take a shower as the tub was stained and dirty, there are much better options elsewhere and I would not recommend using this hotel at all. The next day we ended up going to a Hampton inn for the balance of our trip
