I’ve stayed at many caravan parks before, but this one truly stood out. The sea view cabins were the highlight of our trip – waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the ocean views right from the deck was absolutely amazing. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The park itself was well-maintained with great facilities, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet family-friendly. Staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a caravan park that combines comfort with a stunning location, I highly recommend this one – especially the sea view cabins.

Great place and very clean

We’ve been staying at Reflections Bonny Hills for about eight years, and it’s always held a special place in our hearts. The location is absolutely stunning — the sunrises are truly magical, and it's the kind of place where you can really unwind and reconnect. It’s been a regular and much-anticipated holiday for our family and friends, and over the years, our group has grown to the point where this year, we booked nearly half the park across cabins and sites. That said, we’ve seen a number of changes recently that have made the experience feel less enjoyable — and less welcoming. Rates have risen significantly, to the point where our once-affordable trip is becoming increasingly difficult to justify. The introduction of peak rates for the June long weekend, which was never the case in the past, feels particularly unnecessary especially when you’re booking for 7 nights! There were also a few disappointing interactions this year — including one of our group having to argue on checkin to retain a site they’d booked year after year, the early 9pm closure of the camp kitchen, and some ongoing maintenance issues in cabins (broken shower floor waste drain, air con not working). These are small things, but they add up, especially when the overall feeling is that long-time guests are being overlooked. Reflections Bonny Hills has always been about more than just the accommodation — it’s about families and friends coming together to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a shared space. I feel this is something that is being lost the more Reflections focuses on the financials . I also believe the new management could benefit from taking the time to understand the clientele and perhaps use a different approach when interacting with the guests remembering we aren’t a walk in walk out customer rather more like a guest in your home. To be clear, I’m not saying we don’t recommend the park — the setting alone is reason enough to visit, and we’ve had so many wonderful times here. But we do feel this feedback needs to be heard and considered.

Beautiful tent, really warm even on a cold, wet winter's day/night. Really nice set up, amazing views. Really clean and comfortable.

What an amazing place. Cabin was extremely comfortable, clean and the View OMG… I travel 80% of the year with work and this place is easily in my top five destinations to come back to outside of work.. Such a beautiful spot to stay and staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite.

Management was totally inflexible. We were there during the recent mid-north coast rain event but management refused to keep the camp kitchen open beyond 9.00pm. Our group was basically the only ones in the park. I was also told to move my car from near the camp kitchen despite it not interfering with vehicles or pedestrian access. I had to return it to my site and walk back to the camp kitchen in the pouring rain. TV in the camp kitchen was not working but management refused to do anything about it. Lovely park and location but I would be hesitant to go back while ever the new managers remain
