다이아몬트 워터 카라반 파크

I checked in in the afternoon and everything seemed okay. Had a walk around the grounds and it seemed nice, problem was when I left I locked the cabin from the outside. When I came back from work late that night (around midnight) I found out that the cabin would not, in any way, lock from the inside! Also, there was just a hole punched out where a key should go too so that was no help. I had a look at the website and there was no mention at all of an after hours number (although at around midnight they weren't exactly going to get a locksmith in). I had literally no other choice than to stay in an unlockable cabin! You'd think they would be apologetic that all my valuables and myself were in danger throughout the night but they said that it wasn't a valid excuse for a refund and joked that I "felt safe enough to spend the night with us, we don't see your stay with us fit to be refundable". I asked them over email multiple times what exactly their solution would be at that time and they never once gave me an answer.

We had a great stay with our dog beautiful place this property which runs down to the river great for fishing boating we never met the managers as we were in late but everything was set to go thanks from us and our dog
