Nestled behind 7th Avenue Manor is the stylish mini-Manor a unique and completely renovated guesthouse secluded and tucked away from the outside. In addition to the bedroom and indoor living spaces, the Little Manor offers private parking, time for corn hole, and conversations around the fire pit. The outside of the property is surrounded by retaining walls and is very private. Entrance is down a short stairwell (please refer to pictures). The handrail has been secured at the bottom and the sides. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This is not a party house. Parties are strictly prohibited. Family gatherings, etc are allowed with prior approval. Quiet outside between 11pm-7am..Beyond the gate is a separate property not included with the rental of the Little Manor. Please do not go through the gate.,Please place the corn hole bags back on the outdoor sink and out of the weather when not in use..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

The Little Manor is the perfect little cottage! Such a cute cottage! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was excellent and we were given very detailed instructions to find the property/parking. We took a very short drive into town to explore and eat, then came back and played a few games of cornhole- so much fun! We rounded off our night sitting on the patio under the lights enjoying the nice breeze from the ceiling fan. The bed, pillows and even the sheets(so soft) were super comfortable! Definitely recommend

Rest your head, rejuvenate your soul When we arrived at the little Manor on 7th, it was exactly as it was shown in the puctures, only better. It smelled amazing, Suzi had snacks for us after our long trip and all of the amenities we could need inside.From the first moment I booked the Manor on 7th, Suzi's excellent communication was top notch. She put me at ease at every turn. If I had a question or concern, Suzi was right there with a response. I could not be happier with how easy she made things for me.This quaint cottage has every thing you need for a weekend getaway or a week vacation. Ample space in the bathroom to get ready to the very cool fold out dinner table and kitchen supplies to make a meal in the kitchenette. There's even a stackable washer and dryer to do laundry, seriously, this cottage packs a punch in a small package. If we ever make it back down to Laurel again, we will.certainly book The Manor on 7th again.Thank Suzi for everything, you are amazing.

Clean, Cozy, Cottage with Amenities The tranquil setting surrounding Suzi’s Little Manor was perfect for the rest and relaxation that we needed. The cozy cottage was spotless, warm, and inviting, and Suzi thought of all the little details to make it just like home. Tucked away from the streets, this hidden gem is close to the historic district of Laurel. Shops and restaurants are minutes away, and we were able to enjoy all the sweet treasures of Laurel and come home to relax and unwind.

Short and sweet We just visited a couple of days in Laurel. Suzy was the best hostess. We got a little confused at which drive to use but she was over in just a minute to help us. Our visit to Laurel was very nice.

Quant, enchanting and comfortable This little cottage has everything you need. The backyard is very private with soothing outdoor lights and well-lit area to relax or play corn hole in the evenings. Great location and parking. Cottage was so clean and functional. The host is unmatched! So kind and promptly responded to all questions I had. Highly recommend!

Full of Extra Touches Great location in Laurel! Close to downtown area - appreciated the recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Enjoyed the multiple living spaces as the outdoor area was ideal on a spring morning. Suzi was very communicative and helpful.
