This was the nastiest place I’ve stayed. We arrived at 12:30am and I contacted Orbitz as soon as we entered the room they assured me they would take care of it. A month later they are refusing to refund. The smell was horrible, the couch had rips, the door lock had been busted, stains on the bedding, the shower handle was broken and the shower nozzle sprayed water onto the ceiling, the room was for 6 people there were 4 towels and the hotel staff said they didn’t have anymore, there were random stains on the floor, the chair had all the “leather” peaked off it, and a pill on the floor in the corner at our door. Orbitz you have horrible customer service to not stand behind what you sell. This hotel management should be ashamed and won’t stand behind it either. I have 4 kids and had it not been at 12:30am when we arrived I would have refused to stay. Comfort Suites and Orbitz - terrible customer service and a terrible hotel. Complete nastiness. The reviews that say It is a clean hotel are liars. I spent $250 to stay there and neither company wants to back it up.
