Nice Hotel. Staff was courteous. Reception and Room allocation was swift. Spacious Rooms with required amenities. Room service was also good. Nice food served. Overall very nice experience of stay.

I am very frequent traveller and I have lots of goods and bad experiences about all over cities hotels. This is the one of the best experience of my life because hotel staff services impress me alot. Very polite, humble, supportive and a good guide also. Mainly i want to introduce Mr Kamran, really he is so gentle and very well to know that how to handle a customer with a good behaviour. Hotel room is clean , quality bed sheets , healthy break fast, quick service as per order, near by station, good place for getting any type of local conveyance. Please visit once whenever you visit Bareilly...i am recommended this hotel for all type of traveller for good experience. Thanks with Regards Surjeet Singh

I must say a big thanks to V***n, to keep everything organized with our stay. Never felt apart from family. I must recommend it to other. Such a cooperative staff. Stayed at ***y places but felt so good. We were really happy. Happy stay!!

Hotel front desk ***ager is rude and unprofessional, he likes to provoke. Hotel stay is good, but this guy's ruined our whole experience, I booked three room and upon checking out 2 rooms at 10:30 am I just asked 1 room to checkout at 12 and he started to behave rude to me like in a way that I just took his property. Very unprofessional

Amazing Hotel, clean,nice laundry, Amazing hospitality, wow food, everything is good. Tasty breakfast.. Car parking available. Nice people. Amazing location. Their Dal Makhani is best. Chawlas in hotel. Hotel is beside Railway station.

Hotel Radiance Not Good Poor Sanitary Condition Room Telephone was not working Therefore if I had to communicate anything I had to rush to the reception. The person holding the reception were looking very helpless as if ***agement were escaped Basic necessity like drinking water can not be easily supplied. I had to to go to the outside shop for the same. Hot water kettle was so dirty and giving foul smell House keeping was very loose as floor tiles were broken and it seek attention of the owner. Nevertheless : This is my first choice because of its location My Suggestion : Hotel ***agement can improve this rating by adding very little input.  

Good Hospitality Tasty food Pleasent atmosphere. Polite staffs. Good Reception. Timely check out. All proper arrangements. Great for official and family trip. Walkable distance from Bareilly Junction. If you want to go Bareilly this Hotel is best

Best hotel in station area. We stayed for almost 2 weeks. Its clean and staff is very supportive. Rooms are quite spacious. We stayed in king size bed room. It also included a working desk station. Light placements were good. Wifi was slow. Its the only downside I found. But we stayed in near by ohotels also. Wifi condition there was also same. So I would definitely recommend this place for your stay if you are looking hotels near junction area

The staff was really helpful. Great value for money! Whenever any help or advice was needed, the hotel staff was happy to help. We most certainly want to stay here again and recommend for others to stay here as well.
