The s revive was awesome. They have shuttle that you took to the *****, just remember to sign up. I love that my unit has washer and dryer. All amenities provided within the unit, very convenient. I would definitely book again when I come back to Vegas with big family.

Stayed first time in Vegas for a football game and really enjoyed the place I stayed in it was like a condo with a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom a walk-in bathroom washer and dryer very convenient great place I highly recommend it plus it’s safe with a gated community

Ok...pushed a sales agenda. Did not like ants running around the bathroom. And did not like the residual smoke smell.

Well, we never actually stayed here. We booked the hotel as we were driving in the middle of the night. Normally we can stand at the check-in desk and book and the hotel will get the reservation immediately. This place did not have a reservation after an hour. The lady behind the desk was so rude as well. We actually missed the entrance and drove in on the wrong side of the security gate. We thought he might come over to talk to us but the gates opened. The lady questions us on this and why we did not check in with security and was very combative. When we left with out a room we asked the security guy and he said it someone was going through and the gate did close and you get close it would open, but he did not open it for us. There was no one going through the gate and the gate was not in motion. I think it just opens when you get close. That is there security. He also said that they never get the reservation and just take the money if it goes through ********** and to just reserver directly on the website. WHAT???? I did notice the fountains in the front were not running and sketchy people walking around. It was 2am in the morning but still. After arriving and experiencing that I was not about to pay for another room there. We went to a best western and had a great stay.

My stay with my family at this place was unbelievable it is very clean and nice the staff are there to serve you in what you need i like the fact that they call to check up on you to see if you need anything

The best part of our stay was the friendliness of staff, plus the activity options for kids. The hotel rooms were updated, albeit still with some wear and tear present. Would definitely stay there again.

The room had an inch of dust on everything , was afraid of operating ac because of this. Also not allowing app delivery services was ridiculous, trying to make us captive to using the terrible room service which had a cheap Italian restaurant menu. I expected better from a resort hotel.

My stay was awesome. I enjoyed everything at the westagate. Friendly great customer service. Complete relaxation

Staff at the front desk was positive and helpful. Room was very clean and organized. Only downside was the walls are pretty thin - I could hear my neighbors clearly.
