피초르노 로지 & 와인

We didn't stay in the lodge. We just went for lunch and a visit to the facilities. It was a wonderful visit, well explained and I felt we learned a lot on the different wines on offer. Due to the weather we couldn't walk around the vineyard but the visit to the cellars was wonderful with a knowledgeable guide. I strongly recommend as a good day out.

My husband and another couple had the happy experience of spending 1 night at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and remodeled and the service is very good. We also had the opportunity of having lunch and the restaurant and it was spectacular. The winery tour is also fantastic and the wine tasting was a remarkable experience.

What a beautiful place to spend a day and night outside of Canelones. Pizzorno is a beautiful winery in Uruguay. My husband and I booked an evening with wine tasting, lunch, light dinner, tour and breakfast. Everything was stellar start to finish We were greeted when we arrived by name and ushered into the lovely restaurant in the middle of the Pizzorno vineyard. To start, we were treated to a three course lunch. It was very nice to be able to choose from options and wine pairings with each course, rather than just being served the same thing. We were also given a glass of Sauvignon Blanc as soon as we were seated, so the lunch included four wines. The food was wonderful, as were the wines. Uruguay is known for its tannat grape varietal, and we certainly enjoyed trying the tannat during lunch. After lunch we were shown to our guest room in the posada next door. The room was elegant, clean and modern with a cute outdoor patio area overlooking the vineyard. We then met back up with a small group to take a short tour of the winery. Our guide, Joachim, also guided our lunch tasting. I really enjoyed tasting the wine before taking the tour. This is different than other wine experiences that I have had. After the tour we retreated to our private terrace to enjoy a bit more wine and watch the sunset. Our experience included a bottle of wine with dinner, but there were also several Pizzorno wines for purchase in the room. So, we opted to try the tannat reserve wine before dinner. The very gracious host of the property came to our room to show us to a wide assortment of delights that they had prepared for us for dinner. The restaurant was not open for dinner, so they provided us with a large array of tapas including fresh bread and desert so we could eat whenever we chose to. The posada had a shared kitchen area and we opted to leave the food in the fridge until we were ready for dinner, as we were full from lunch for hours. There was also a common area with a fireplace, books and several seating areas. However, it was a bit chilly because we were traveling in May, so we opted to eat in our room. Breakfast the next morning was simple, but delightful. And, the small cheese biscuits they served were so good that I would’ve bought a basket of them had they been for sale. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend choosing one of their unique experiences. If we return to Uruguay, we will definitely be back.

La relación precio, calidad: no podría ser mejor!!! Anda con muchas ganas de COMER y BEBER BIEN! Hicimos la experiencia : TODO PARA DISFRUTAR PREMIUM : recorrido, visita, degustación de 6 vinos , almuerzo de 3 pasos con maridaje, cena con más vino! y desayuno . Hermosa habitación con vista a viñedo y piscina. La posada cuenta con áreas comunes muy bonitas. Un unica sugerencia para la Flia Pizzorno: quizá, podrían ofrecer un menu más liviano e íntimo EN la Posada , para quienes prefieran gozar de la tranquilidad de la noche allí. Volveremos!!!

Experiencia " Todo para disfrutar" altamente recomendable. Visita, degustación premium, almuerzo, cena , alojamiento y desayuno al día siguiente. Todo excelente, desde la atención de cada uno de quienes allí trabajan hasta la calidad de todo lo que ofrecen.

Experiência bem legal para quem deseja ficar em uma vinícola e também próximo a outras vinícolas em Montevideo. Quartos são agradáveis, com uma pequena, mas boa piscina em meio aos vinhedos. Gostei também do atendimento no jantar realizado no hotel. Pena que as dependências de degustação ou jantar na área da vinícola não fiquem disponíveis à noite.
