We loved our week in our room here. The addition of a little kitchenette is so useful. The bedlinen and towels were of a superb quality and the king size bed was really comfortable. The wifi worked well. There’s plenty of storage. The location, round the corner from the beach, was fantastic. The street is busy but not noisy at night and we slept really well. Most of all, the staff were fantastic, really kind and helpful. Thank you.

Everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The added bonus was the customer service support from Christina and Daniel. The room was equipped with everything needed if you wanted to self cater. I had forgotten my phone charger and Daniel provided one that I could use for the week.

Its been almost a year since I first stayed in the Mannix Urban Hotel and I have been there on many occasions over the past year. The location of the hotel is very central and easily accessed from the Airport and from surrounding areas as the bus station is less than a ten minute walk from the Hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and a smell of freshness greets you the minute you walk in. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils should you wish to cook during your stay. Some apartments have balconies and you should try and book one if they are available though they are on a busy street , but in my opinion well worth it. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are hundreds of cafes. restaurants and bars overlooking the fabulous promenade which looks stunning at nighttime. My main praise however is for the staff of the family run hotel. Especially Cristina and Daniel they are always on hand and are so pleasant and welcoming, they make you feel more like a friend rather than a customer. Unfortunately on one occasion I was ill while I was staying there but on that day Cristina went out of her way to go to the chemist and the shop for me and get me everything that I needed. Both she and Daniel rang my room to check on me throughout the day and I am extremely grateful to them for their concern and help I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the Mannix Urban Hotel to anybody whether its for a short or long stay and I hope to have the opportunity to visit them again.

The excellent service started long before we even arrived! I emailed Mannix to ask for a recommendation about where we could eat on Christmas day. Cristina emailed me straight back with a list of restaurants nearby and then updated me over the following days, telling me which places were open on the 25th, which had special Christmas menus, etc. When we arrived and throughout our stay, we were made to feel very welcome. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and in a prime location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants as well as the bus stations. Our stay there was excellent in every way. We thoroughly recommend Mannix to anyone thinking of a stay in Gran Canaria.

Positivo: Buena ubicación. Excelente trato de los empleados del hotel. Negativo: Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había servicio de limpieza ni los jueves ni los domingos. Eso no lo pone en la página web. A pesar de ser un apartamento con cocina no es cómodo comer ni un bocadillo por falta de una mesa adecuada. Deberían poner una escoba para no dejar migas por el suelo.

Appartamenti puliti e personale gentilissimo e accogliente alla reception. Molto attenti alla sicurezza, portiere 24 ore. La posizione è perfetta, 50 mt dal mare, 100 mt dal corte ingles sulla strada principale e da plaza de espana. Direi non lussuoso ma cmq ottimo.
