What a fantastic experience! This is a stunning property on a supreme piece of land, full of olive trees, rosemary and lavender bushes- everything is aromatic. The views out to the pastoral land and the ocean are incredible. And only second to the location and views is the staff- they are so attentive, warm and lovely. Chahide, the general manager, is a very kind, knowledgeable and warm person. He made us feel very welcome and gave my husband extra special upgrades and attention on his 40th birthday. The waitstaff is great, especially the kind woman in the village who made breakfast. We had 2 room while we were there- 1 in the village and WOW- it was so beautiful, but the ocean view suite was like being on the pages of Architectural Digest magazine. The food is delicious- especially the homemade cheese at breakfast, the tajines, the breads...well really everything! This is the perfect romantic getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location is of course stunning.. nothing to say about that. I’ve chosen this resort to stay one night along the coastline during my tour in Morocco, on the way to Casablanca. Being as well an half Italian property (I’m Italian) I thought was an additional guarantee of good hospitality and excellence but I was deeply wrong. Let’s start with the arrival experience: I’ve received a message one day in advance asking the time of my arrival, which I communicate was in late afternoon. When we arrived, we were briefed by the first NOT WELL TRAINED member of the staff. We mentioned we were quite tired since we had a long drive and we arrived at 18:00hrs. As a staff, you should know we have only one night stay.. therefore it’s useless giving me a long briefing regarding horse riding and other activities which I can’t do. But the joke was the beach access..after explaining how much the beach bar is amazing etc, he told us that there is a common shuttle with a ride of 20minutes and the last one was at 17:15hrs. When you pay 700euro a night, in a property of more or less 20 villas (not hundreds), you expect there’s a private shuttle service. I work in Maldives in a 90villas property and there’s private buggy service available all day long. Especially if a property is located on the hill, and it takes 20 minutes ride.. what do you expect?! If I would like to watch the sunset on the beach, shall I take 2 hours walk and come back with the dark?!? What we politely asked was to get us there just to have at least a look and take couple of pictures. (No swimming, no sunbathing etc). Answer: NO. Why?! Cause the 02 buggies are busy in taking the other guests back from the beach.. maybe due the fact that I stay only one night, I wasn’t considered a guest as well. Such a shame! Thousands point lost in what is GOOD CUSTOMER CARE AND PERSONALISED SERVICE! Ok, we gave up with the idea of seeing the beach..and we decided to enjoy our villa, which unfortunately we found out was one of the worst.. pool dirty (with dead bees and leaves), walls with cracks, curtains broken, toilet door handle broken, lights not working. So I decided to use the reception chat to communicate the issues.. answer: “Will send maintenance!” Sorry but my villas should have checked as per standard before my arrival! Especially I guess that if I check in at 06:00pm you have plenty of time to do that!!! I decline since having few hours till the end of the day, I don’t want to waste my time in having staff in the villa who works and invade my privacy. Then they mentioned the general manager would like to meet us.. same, sorry I don’t waste my time listening to apologies of a person clearly unable to run a luxury property. We decided to go dinner.. and same.. if you know how to do hospitality job, you should have fixed all the above issues during the time of the turndown, when we were out of the villa. But nothing has been done except the cleanings.. not even an apology card with some recovery ameniti

Un lieu tout simplement magique ! La Fiermontina Ocean est bien plus qu’un hôtel : c’est une véritable expérience sensorielle et humaine. Niché dans un décor à couper le souffle entre océan et nature sauvage, ce lieu unique invite à la déconnexion et à l’émerveillement.   L’accueil a été d’une rare chaleur, le service irréprochable, et chaque détail pensé avec goût et délicatesse. Les activités proposées — balades dans la nature, découvertes culturelles, moments de détente face à l’océan, balade à cheval sur la plage — ont toutes contribué à faire de ce séjour un souvenir inoubliable.   Mention spéciale à l’équipe, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnels. Merci pour cette parenthèse hors du temps. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Un séjour vraiment agréable au Fiermontina Océan ! L’accueil de Younes a été parfait, très chaleureux et attentionné. L’hôtel est un vrai coin de paradis, niché dans un cadre idyllique avec une vue spectaculaire sur l’océan et entouré de nature. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec soin, créant une ambiance à la fois moderne et authentique. Le lieu est calme et ressourçant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la beauté du paysage. Un grand merci à Younes et à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Cercavo, in Marocco, una struttura, sull’oceano, che non avesse l’aspetto del solito albergone internazionale… e ho trovato, a un’ora di distanza da Tangeri, la Fiermontina Ocean… un autentico paradiso, che comunica una profonda sensazione di benessere: poche ville individuali, immerse in una proprietà verdeggiante, molto estesa, davanti all’oceano. Ristorante superbo, con lo chef italiano Alessandro Pascoli . Personale molto garbato e disponibile.
