Nazrat Residence

A locally run small hotel directly on a lovely beach affording great views from all rooms. The rooms are basically furnished but with all hanger and draw space you'd need the room being very clean with good a/c, tv we didn't try, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and hair dryer. The WiFi available at reception doesn't extend to the rooms. Breakfast is available for an additional charge, 10 Ringgit €2 for scrambled egg or omelette and 2 thin slices of toast with barely enough butter and jam. Coffee extra 5 or tea 1 Ringgit. Not really a sufficient to start the day it would be better to have larger choices for a few Ringgit more. While the car park at the rear has building material and there are disappointingly no sun beds anywhere you can forgive these things at this price point for the lovely beach viewed from the seats directly outside your door. I would certainly stay here again. For lunch or dinner there is a very good restaurant just next door, the Scarborough is particularly recommended.

Best location on Tanjung Rhu beach. Excellent room service, friendly owners, large room. The room has air conditioning and large beds. Chairs outside on your own patio. There is a small fridge and a kettle in the room and hotel can make breakfast if desired.

My family chose this place because of the vicinity to the beach, the beach is in very short walking distance from the room, there are abundance of restaurant within walking distance from the residence, very big room (2 king's bed) for family room.

We were at Labu Labi for a wedding, where the entire property was rented out to us. This made the experience very positive. Rooms are equipped with all necessities, clean bathroom, great Ac and Fan. View and access of the sea right at the door step. Food was good too and friendly staff! For a budget hotel a really great place to stay with friends.
