Just like any other Hampton Inn, with the exceptional and professional customer care from the reception desk staff, and Silvana, a lovely person, jack of all trades whom you will find during the breakfast service greeting everyone and making sure you're well taken care of, and also driving the hotel shuttle. I was there for business with an international group and she was very kind to our group members. Her Portuguese and Spanish skills came in very handy with our group. She definitely adds a human touch to the hotel.

AAlston직원들은 친절했고 내 중요한 다른 사람들과 매우 편안한 숙박을했습니다. 하우스 키핑은 우리가 머무는 동안 우리를 방해하는 데 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 훌륭하여 문에서 놀랄만한 장미 배달을 완벽하게했습니다. 나의 생일을 축하하고 있었기 때문에. 아침 식사 바도 훌륭했습니다. 다시 감사합니다. 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에있을 것입니다

AAnsaman2000I am in the middle of my second stay here during July 2024. The hotel is conveniently placed near Crabtree Valley Mall and circa 1.5 miles from the nearest grocery store (Walmart). The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the gym facilities are very good indeed. The reason my score is a 3 is because none of the hotel room doors have a soft door closer. Therefore the door will slam shut if the guest does not close the door by hand. This is fine until you’re trying to get some sleep. I’m into my third night of a 10 night stay and seriously considering moving as I’ve had 2 sleepless nights already since arriving. I did raise this on my previous stay and received an email from management. Appreciate this isn’t easy to fix and will require some capital expenditure however, maybe a letter in each guests room might help. Other than that, no issues.

CChaLove나는 수영장을 즐겼고 에어컨은 방에서 매우 좋았습니다. 나는 도로와 쇼핑 센터가 내려다 보이는 발코니가있었습니다. 발코니 킹 룸은 광고 된 것과 정확히 같습니다. 방은 조용했고 시트와 수건은 깨끗했습니다. 방에 있는 냉장고와 전자레인지에 감사했습니다. 천장은 고르지 않은 석고를 칠했지만 내 체류에 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 발코니에는 간단한 의자 2개와 테이블 세트가 있어 따뜻한 밤에 음료를 즐기기에 좋습니다. 그러나이 호텔은 도시로 향하는 도로에서 바로 떨어져 있기 때문에 멋진 전망이 없습니다. 아침 식사는 오전 9시에 끝납니다. 10으로 변경했으면합니다. 다음날 아침 아침식사를 하기 위해 일어나는 것을 귀찮게 하지 않았기 때문에 요구르트, 커피, 팬케이크 만들기 기계 외에는 그들이 무엇을 가지고 있는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었고 직원들은 친절했습니다.

리리뷰어Everything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

My church had their 19th convocation in this hotel. I took my 10 year old niece. I stayed from Wednesday night to Saturday morning 3 nights. I had to change my room twice. The first room AC was not working and there was a heat wave. The second room had bed bugs and the bugs ate my sweet nice up. She was bit on her face, hand and arm. Also, the conference room that the church conference was held in had no AC. It was a miserable stay at this hotel. People from 4 other rooms were also bit during my stay there.

DDawn Mosely-Nixon호텔이 너무 나쁘다고 말할 수 없습니다. 그러나 나는 위치가 다소 스케치라고 말할 수 있습니다. 호텔 바로 바깥에는 많은 활동이 진행되어 매우 의심 할 필요가 없습니다. 가능한 마약 거래, *********** 및 마약 중독. 건물에는 주유소 / 편의점이 있으며 많은 사람들을 끌어들입니다. 그러나 방은 괜찮 았습니다. 나는 의심스러운 교통량으로 인해 주차장이 안전하지 않을 것이라고 생각하는 것을 좋아하지 않았습니다. 누군가가 옆에 서서 가방이나 두 개를 발견하고 나중에 다시 와서 체크 아웃 할 것을 두려워해서 짐을 차 밖으로 가져 가지 않았다고 말하는 것은 슬프다. 나는 떠날 것을 선택했지만 숙박 시설 때문에가 아닙니다. 야외 활동을 지나갈 수 있다면 좋은 휴식 장소를 만들 수 있다고 생각합니다.

MMichael RIf I could give this location a negative 5 if I would. Please do not stay here people. FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only ”affordable place.” As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people.
