위치 나쁘지 않았고 호텔이 엔틱한 분위기여서 만족스러웠음

이것은 원래의 아름다움과 역사로 복원된 멋진 내셔널 히스토리 트러스트 호텔입니다. 도시의 매우 비싼 최고 레스토랑부터 시내 위치에 비해 합리적인 가격의 펍에 이르기까지 여러 식사 옵션이 있습니다. 걷거나 버스를 타거나 몇 블록 떨어진 곳에서 무료 트롤리를 타기 쉽습니다.

Great location downtown across from the Baird Center. The bed was comfy which I've come to expect from Marriott and they even had feather pillows - another plus. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. That's where the pluses end! We had a conference to attend at 3 so we wanted to check in at 2; one hour before 'check in' technically begins. We were told our room was ready and she took our cc information, etc. but then we were told we would be charged $15 for early check in - seriously?! Don't tell me my room is ready and then charge me to use it! They offered to store our luggage but was afraid what that charge would be so we left it in our car. She did not like that we self parked right across the street either- in the same parking facility the valet uses. When we returned from our conference at 7:00 pm, our reserved king suite was no longer available and we would have to settle for 2 queen beds. In addition, the information the front desk person had taken earlier was no where to be found. Now the gentleman had trouble completing the reservation and had to start over several times. He finally gave us a queen suite which was the weirdest configuration I've ever seen. And there was no alarm clock, no lotion, and the TV resolution was terrible. I was told Marriott was tired of people leaving alarms set for the next people occupying the room so they no longer put them in rooms. (Really! The first thing I do in a hotel is check the alarm clock to make sure it isn't set!) Lotion is available but you have to ask for it at the front desk - but they don't tell you that until you check out! We will not be staying at this Springhill Suites again when in Milwaukee.

I loved the view, the valet parking was convenient but wish I didn’t have to use it. Parking would be difficult without it tho so much appreciated. I liked the thoughtful noise machine as it was quite loud on the main streets late night, but the hotel was great the view of the river and everything walkable was fantastic I’d stay again.

우선 호텔에 붙어있는 주차 간판이 별로였습니다. 주차 경사로에서 호텔로의 접근은 잘 표시되지 않았습니다. 웹 사이트에는 주차 경사로 접근이 어디에 있는지 명시된 것이 없습니다. 그리고 램프는 풀 사이즈 트럭 친화적이지 않습니다. 운동실은 파손되었습니다. 2개의 엘리베이터 중 1개만 작동했습니다. 수영장이나 온수 욕조를 사용할 시간이 없었지만 매우 작았습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 수압은 좋았습니다. 유럽식 아침 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 그리고 Fiserv Forum까지 여유롭게 걸어갔습니다.

방과 위치는 훌륭했지만 손님은 그렇지 않았습니다. 벽은 훌륭했고 여러 파티가 열리는 것처럼 들립니다. 프론트 데스크에 소음에 대해 불평했을 때 그들은 나에게 ”글쎄, 당신은 내가 무엇을하기를 원합니까?”라고 물었습니다. 그리고 아침 체크아웃을 하는 사람이 영수증을 요구했을 때 매우 무례했습니다.

The neighborhood is very quiet but very busy and traffic rush around 6-8am & 11-1pm & 4-6pm
