They put me on a floor with a broken icemaker that never got fixed over the holiday weekend. It's the middle of the Summer, and they didn't even leave a couple of bottles of water in the room to help start me off. Odd. Minus those two things, the hotel is very nice and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Nice views and great staff.

Great hotel, can't complain

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

호텔 시설은 매우 새롭습니다. 편리한 교통, 대각선 팀은 기차역과 무료 도시 트램입니다. 아래층의 3개 층에는 쇼핑몰, 먹고 마시고 즐기는 곳이 있습니다. 특히 호텔 직원의 수준이 높고 서비스가 좋습니다.

이 호텔은 제가 이번 주말에 가야 할 곳 근처에 있어서 좋았고 깨끗했습니다. 다음에 이 지역에 올 일이 있으면 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 다만, 객실 청소는 되어 있었지만 침대 정리가 되어 있지 않은 문제가 있었습니다. 체크인 후 한 시간 정도 지나서 공연장으로 가야 했기 때문에 프런트 데스크에 가서 말씀드렸습니다. 프런트 직원분이 친절하게 바로 직원을 보내주셔서 나중에 돌아왔을 때는 침대가 정리되어 있었습니다. 감사합니다! 그리고 엘리베이터 하나가 고장 난 것 같아서 조금 기다려야 할 수도 있습니다. 좀 더 오래 묵었더라면 계단을 이용했을 텐데 말이죠.

우리가 공항에서 갔던 친구들은 매우 편리했습니다. 우리가 직접 택시를 타면 좋을 것입니다. 그런 다음 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 친절했습니다. 우리는 너무 많은 호텔에 머물렀고 호텔의 가격 대비 성능이 매우 높다고 느꼈습니다. 추천

酒店的房間很舒適，設施一應俱全，非常適合工作度假和休閑。環境乾淨整潔，非常安靜。 不好的是要付費停車，對於自駕遊的客人要額外付費。不過前台小哥很好，這一次幫我免了。 酒店的位置很好，交通方便 酒店提供的Wi-Fi還算穩定。

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 분위기도 좋고 예술적인 분위기였어요. 박물관 스타일과 예술 작품이 정말 마음에 들었어요. 체크인 절차가 좀 느렸고 프런트 데스크 직원들이 좀 불친절했어요.

첫날 밤 10시까지(4층) 조금 시끄러웠던 걸 제외하면 모든 게 좋았습니다.
