The hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

My first approach when I arrived on site wasn’t good. The staff that was helping me was a lady. I didn’t get her name but she wasn’t friendly. Her demeanor wasn’t there at all like she was rushing. No biggie. I didn’t complain. I stayed in town for 3 days. When I got to my room it was a ADA room. I didn’t ask for. I didn’t complain. Turned tv on and could not watch. I called front desk the lady gave me such a lame excuse. Maintenance came. He spoke no English. Had to translate on phone. He fixed. But it immediately went off again. I started to ask for a new room all together but decided to just write review. I feel like they save the good rooms for the airport staff like the attendants and pilots as I seen a lot of them coming and going. River view not worth it at all on my end.

Overall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎. The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.

내 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 서비스는 굉장했습니다. 방은 가장 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 세면대 위의 어메니티는 재사용한 것 같았습니다. 로션 병은 더러웠고 음식 얼룩처럼 보였습니다. 그것은 욕실 바닥에 주스 얼룩으로 보이는 것이었고 욕실 바닥에는 머리카락이있었습니다. 그 외에는 다 좋았습니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 저녁에 열리는 록 콘서트장까지 걸어서 몇 분밖에 안 걸렸거든요. 모든 게 훌륭했습니다. 직원인 데드리치 플라잉 씨가 주차를 친절하게 도와주셔서 정말 감사했어요.

직원들은 친절하고 위치도 괜찮았지만, 불편했던 점이 많음. 1. 방에 창문이 없어 신선한 공기를 마실 수 없음. 2. 조식 메뉴가 1달동안 같음. 3. 세면기 배수구가 고장나서 물을 담을 수 없음. 4. 냉장고는 음식물을 모두 얼려버림. (조절기능 없음) 5. 전자레인지를 작동하면 차단기가 내려감. 6. 방의 모든 전등을 끄려면 스위치 6개를 내려야 함.(한번에 모두 켜고 끌수 있는 기능없음) 7. 비둘기 둥지가 벽쪽에 있어서 푸드득 거리는 소리, 새 소리 등 소음이 종종 들림. 8. 에어컨 소리가 커서 전화통화를 할 땐 꺼야함.

이 호텔은 멤피스 시내, 미시시피 강변에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔에서 섬으로 이어지는 다리까지는 걸어서 금방이고, 빌 스트리트까지는 도보로 10분이면 도착할 수 있습니다. 쉐라톤 건물은 멀리서도 눈에 띄는 큰 건물이라 관광 중에 길을 잃을 염려가 없습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며, 큰 창문을 통해 강과 피라미드의 아름다운 경치를 감상할 수 있습니다.
