최근 저는 정말 훌륭한 시설로 돋보이는 유스호스텔에 묵을 기회가 있었습니다. 주택가에 자리 잡은 이곳은 매우 편리한 위치에 있어 도심에서 자전거로 단 10분 거리에 있는 조용한 휴양지와 같았습니다. 덕분에 평화로운 밤을 보내며 안전한 환경에서 편안한 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 호스텔은 친절한 부부가 운영하고 있는데, 그들의 따뜻한 환대는 끝이 없었습니다. 문제가 생기면 기꺼이 도와주었을 뿐만 아니라 자전거까지 제공해 주었습니다. 이러한 세심한 배려 덕분에 휴스턴 곳곳을 자유롭게 이동할 수 있었고, 여러 목적지에 빠르게 도착할 수 있었습니다. 이 호스텔의 가장 큰 매력은 쿠키, 우유, 시리얼, 커피, 차 등 다양한 무료 편의 시설과 세심한 배려였습니다. 숙소 곳곳에 설치된 청결함과 스마트 기술 덕분에 편안한 숙박을 즐길 수 있었고, 제가 경험한 최고의 호스텔이었습니다. 백조 모양으로 접힌 욕실 타월은 주인의 세심한 배려를 보여주는 증거였으며, 우아함과 세심함을 더했습니다. 따뜻한 분위기는 마치 내 집처럼 편안했습니다. 주인분들은 언제나 이야기를 나눌 준비가 되어 있었고, 질문에 답하고 이야기와 경험을 기꺼이 공유해 주셨습니다. 특히 거실 벽에 걸려 있던 세계 지도는 정말 인상적이었습니다. 투숙객들이 각자의 나라를 핀으로 고정할 수 있었는데, 다른 여행객들과 소통할 수 있는 재미있고 인터랙티브한 공간이었습니다. 요약하자면, 이 호스텔은 단순한 숙박 공간이 아니라 집, 아니, 더 정확히 말하면 홈스테이 같은 느낌이었습니다. 집의 편안함과 호스텔의 모험심이 어우러진, 제가 전 세계에서 묵어본 최고의 호스텔이라고 해도 과언이 아닙니다.

Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

시내 중심가, 쇼핑가까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리 입구에 노숙자들이 있지만, 귀찮게 하지는 않을 거예요. 모든 게 캐주얼하지만, 어두워지면 깜짝 놀랄 수도 있어요.

Room is comfortable front desk and manager are nice. Housekeeping is good in a good location close to where you want to go.

시설이 좀 낡아서 다들 맨날 하고있어요! 주변 환경이 조용하고 안전합니다! 프론트에서 환전가능, 인덕션, 냉장고, 전자레인지 사용이 너무 간편해서 후라이팬, 볶음, 튀김 스테이크 많이 사서 먹었어요!

방은 깨끗했지만 누수가 있었고 wifi는 rm 109에서 매우 약했습니다. 근무중인 젊은 여성은 매우 도움이되었고 좋았습니다.
