My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. Masjid an-Nabawi 근처의 멋진 숙박. 호텔은 깨끗하고 조용하며 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 항상 도울 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 위치는 기도를 위해 모스크에 쉽게 도달할 수 있게 해주었습니다. Madinah를 방문하는 가족과 순례자에게 적극 권장됩니다.

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 모스크까지 걸어서 금방이고, 모든 상점까지 걸어서 이동하기에도 편리합니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 항상 투숙객의 편의를 위해 노력합니다. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 좋았지만, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 다른 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 언제나 도움을 주려고 합니다. 다만 커피 머신이 제대로 작동하지 않는 경우가 종종 있었습니다. 몇 가지 유지 보수 문제가 있었지만, 직원들이 신속하게 와서 대부분 빠르게 해결해 주었습니다. 팁을 드리자면, 방을 쇼핑몰 방향으로 배정해 달라고 요청하세요. 반대쪽 방은 교통 소음이 심했습니다.

From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. This hotel is so good. I love food there. So nice. Buggy always there so no need for long waiting time. Its have farmasi and supermarket inside there.

이 호텔은 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있는 녹색 돔 쪽에 머물고 싶은 사람들에게 매우 적합합니다. 그리고 호텔은 사피야 박물관과 새로운 레스토랑 바로 옆에 있어 선택할 수 있는 좋은 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑몰과 직접 연결되어 있으며 저렴한 파키스탄 음식도 제공되며 많은 옷가게가 있습니다. 그래서 모든 것이 근처에 있습니다. 여성기도 공간만 더 떨어져 있지만 걷는 것은 신경 쓰지 않았습니다.

메디나를 여러 번 방문했지만 이 호텔에는 처음 묵어봤습니다. 위치는 괜찮아요. 남녀 기도 출입구 모두 가까워서 기도 시간에도 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 걸어서 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에는 음식점들이 많고, 작은 노점상이나 맛있는 파키스탄 음식점도 있습니다. 호텔 자체는 약간의 보수가 필요해 보입니다. 객실 문짝의 페인트가 벗겨지고 가구도 낡았어요. 하지만 비데오(BYREDO)라는 훌륭한 브랜드의 세면도구가 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 혼잡해서 우리 층까지 오는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸고, 1층도 마찬가지였습니다. 아침 식사는 평범했지만 신선했습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 흠잡을 데가 없었고, 특히 프런트 데스크의 페라스와 객실 청소 담당 직원은 최고였습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

모스크 근처에 있는 좋은 호텔입니다. 모스크까지 가는 길도 편하고요. 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 모스크도 볼 수 있습니다. 머무는 동안 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 모스크 바로 아래, 옆에 쇼핑센터가 있어서 편리했습니다. 박물관도 가깝고 가는 길도 편했습니다. 호텔도 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

Previously, I was looking for a hotel reference to stay while in Medina, I'm from Indonesia and I'm not a typical traveller who is hard to adapt, God willing, I won't complain much. I chose this hotel because it is the favorite hotel of Indonesians when going to Medina, because it is only a 5-6 minute walk to the prophet's mosque. 4 days 3 nights for 2 rooms I stayed here for a triple room type, I stayed here with my family after we did Umrah. The plus value of this hotel is that the air conditioner is cold, even you feel cold when you turn off No water for us since we check in until out 😭
