'An amazing hotel with even better staff! Every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was bright, spacious, and faced Mount Uhud—absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect: just a 6–7 minute walk to Gate 335 , and only 4 minutes to the food street and the viral Rose Ice Cream shop. There are plenty of shops nearby as well. The service was outstanding—from Mr. Dulal Miah, the breakfast servers, managers, and chef, to Ms. Shahad at reception, who made our stay extra special. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and welcoming. I 10/10 recommend this hotel. They truly made our Madinah experience so memorable and comfortable!'
