My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 모스크까지 걸어서 금방이고, 모든 상점까지 걸어서 이동하기에도 편리합니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 항상 투숙객의 편의를 위해 노력합니다. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 좋았지만, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 다른 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 언제나 도움을 주려고 합니다. 다만 커피 머신이 제대로 작동하지 않는 경우가 종종 있었습니다. 몇 가지 유지 보수 문제가 있었지만, 직원들이 신속하게 와서 대부분 빠르게 해결해 주었습니다. 팁을 드리자면, 방을 쇼핑몰 방향으로 배정해 달라고 요청하세요. 반대쪽 방은 교통 소음이 심했습니다.

서비스는 훌륭합니다. 리셉션에서 도어맨까지 모든 직원은 매우 도움이되고 깨끗하며 흠이없는 방이지만 같은 가격의 다른 호텔에 비해 편의 시설은 너무 만족스럽지 않습니다. 위치는 310번 게이트(남자 게이트) 근처에 완벽하며, 버기 카트를 타고 취바까지 조금 걸어가면 나바위 여자 게이트 근처에 선물 가게보다 저렴한 가격으로 무료로 쇼핑할 수 있는 선물 가게가 많이 있습니다.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, mais un rafraîchissement global serait vraiment nécessaire. Plusieurs éléments nous ont déçues : peinture refaite seulement par endroits, meubles marqués par le temps, moquette mal fixée, plinthes manquantes, un drap propre mais troué, faïence absente dans la douche, plafond non rafraîchi, joints vieillissants… Nous avons aussi rencontré un souci avec la douche : la température de l’eau changeait soudainement de très chaude à très froide, ce qui rendait le moment inconfortable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Le dîner, en revanche, ne nous a pas convaincues. Nous n’avons rien signalé, car nous étions en pèlerinage, mais nous sommes tout de même restées perplexes au regard du prix.

I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

This hotel is so good. I love food there. So nice. Buggy always there so no need for long waiting time. Its have farmasi and supermarket inside there.

메디나를 여러 번 방문했지만 이 호텔에는 처음 묵어봤습니다. 위치는 괜찮아요. 남녀 기도 출입구 모두 가까워서 기도 시간에도 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 걸어서 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에는 음식점들이 많고, 작은 노점상이나 맛있는 파키스탄 음식점도 있습니다. 호텔 자체는 약간의 보수가 필요해 보입니다. 객실 문짝의 페인트가 벗겨지고 가구도 낡았어요. 하지만 비데오(BYREDO)라는 훌륭한 브랜드의 세면도구가 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 혼잡해서 우리 층까지 오는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸고, 1층도 마찬가지였습니다. 아침 식사는 평범했지만 신선했습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 흠잡을 데가 없었고, 특히 프런트 데스크의 페라스와 객실 청소 담당 직원은 최고였습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

모스크 근처에 있는 좋은 호텔입니다. 모스크까지 가는 길도 편하고요. 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 모스크도 볼 수 있습니다. 머무는 동안 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 모스크 바로 아래, 옆에 쇼핑센터가 있어서 편리했습니다. 박물관도 가깝고 가는 길도 편했습니다. 호텔도 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

My stay at Odst Al Madinah Hotel was okay overall. The room was acceptable, but it looked a bit old. The side table lamp was very old and seemed to be fixed with tape. The window was also damaged and could not close properly, so wind kept coming into the room. Because of the gap in the window, the room became quite cold at night and early in the morning. The check-in process was just average, nothing special. Housekeeping service was also average.
