From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. A very beautiful hotel, clean and fragrant… with welcoming and kind staff. My hotel room had a magnificent view of the Haram and the Saqifatou Banu Sa'ida garden. The hotel management should maintain this standard to satisfy its guests. However, in my room, water was dripping into the toilet, either from the toilet upstairs or due to a problem with the plumbing. فندق جميل جدًا، نظيف وذو رائحة عطرة... مع طاقم عمل ودود ولطيف. كانت غرفتي تتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على الحرم القدسي الشريف وحديقة سقيفةتو بني سعيدة. ينبغي على إدارة الفندق الحفاظ على هذا المستوى لإرضاء نزلائه. مع ذلك، كان الماء يتسرب إلى المرحاض في غرفتي، إما من المرحاض في الطابق العلوي أو بسبب مشكلة في السباكة.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, mais un rafraîchissement global serait vraiment nécessaire. Plusieurs éléments nous ont déçues : peinture refaite seulement par endroits, meubles marqués par le temps, moquette mal fixée, plinthes manquantes, un drap propre mais troué, faïence absente dans la douche, plafond non rafraîchi, joints vieillissants… Nous avons aussi rencontré un souci avec la douche : la température de l’eau changeait soudainement de très chaude à très froide, ce qui rendait le moment inconfortable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Le dîner, en revanche, ne nous a pas convaincues. Nous n’avons rien signalé, car nous étions en pèlerinage, mais nous sommes tout de même restées perplexes au regard du prix.

I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

This hotel is so good. I love food there. So nice. Buggy always there so no need for long waiting time. Its have farmasi and supermarket inside there.

메디나를 여러 번 방문했지만 이 호텔에는 처음 묵어봤습니다. 위치는 괜찮아요. 남녀 기도 출입구 모두 가까워서 기도 시간에도 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 걸어서 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에는 음식점들이 많고, 작은 노점상이나 맛있는 파키스탄 음식점도 있습니다. 호텔 자체는 약간의 보수가 필요해 보입니다. 객실 문짝의 페인트가 벗겨지고 가구도 낡았어요. 하지만 비데오(BYREDO)라는 훌륭한 브랜드의 세면도구가 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 혼잡해서 우리 층까지 오는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸고, 1층도 마찬가지였습니다. 아침 식사는 평범했지만 신선했습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 흠잡을 데가 없었고, 특히 프런트 데스크의 페라스와 객실 청소 담당 직원은 최고였습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

My stay at Odst Al Madinah Hotel was okay overall. The room was acceptable, but it looked a bit old. The side table lamp was very old and seemed to be fixed with tape. The window was also damaged and could not close properly, so wind kept coming into the room. Because of the gap in the window, the room became quite cold at night and early in the morning. The check-in process was just average, nothing special. Housekeeping service was also average.
