The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

위치는 애매하지만 시설도 깔끔하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 방은 꽤 청결하고 넓은 편이었습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 주말 오전에는 삐에로가 풍선아트도 하고 매직쇼도 해서 아이 동반이면 꽤 만족할만 합니다.

호텔은 정말 새 건물이었고 페르마스 자야 지역 근처에 위치해 있었습니다. 침대도 편안했고 직원들의 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 위치가 대부분의 관광 명소나 음식점에서 조금 멀다는 느낌이 들었습니다.

좋은 위치. 이온과 이케아 근처. 차를 주차하기 쉽습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 다시 여기에 머물 것이다

이 호텔은 Permas Jaya의 중심에 위치하여 고객들이 현지의 맛있는 음식을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 게다가 직원들은 매우 친절하고 협조적입니다. 강력 추천!

싱가포르 입국 전날 밤 양쯔 호텔에서 묵었습니다. 주변에 식당이 많아 위치가 좋았습니다. 객실은 괜찮고 깨끗했습니다. 전반적으로 저렴한 숙소로 충분히 편안했습니다.

호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 위치는 마운트 오스틴, 토펜 쇼핑몰, 이온 테브라우와 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 좋았지만, 객실에 헤어드라이어가 비치되어 있지 않아 필요하면 프런트에 요청해야 했습니다.

Just improve in terms of room smell, put some air freshener or when cleaning room makesure room are not smelly. The rest is good.

While the property itself is wonderful, what truly sets it apart is the phenomenal staff—specifically, Janet and Roen. Janet and Roen are both exceptional. They don't just follow a standard hospitality script; they completely redefine customer service. In an industry where staff can sometimes be restricted by corporate red tape, Janet and Roen are a breath of fresh air. They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!
