'Good hotel and nice food, near hotel is a big shopping mall that is good for me to visit there'

'Aunque es un lugar muy bien ubicado y sus habitaciones son funcionales y agradables, la atención fue la peor experiencia, y la limpieza dejó mucho qué desear. La atención de la señora de recepción mató todo lo buenos que podría uno opinardel lugar. Fue sumamente grosera en su trato, descortés, y sin ninguna empatía ni calidez. Insolente en su actitud. Más que recibir al turista, fue una cqrcelera qué te ingresa a unas celda. Me contestó groseramente a la pregunta de que documentos me pedía firmar, me dijo que si no me gustaba lo indicados en ellos podía cancelar, y cuando subió a entregar personalmente la habitación, nos regañó y nos dejó hablando solos cuando pedimos hablar con el gerente. Respecto a la limpieza, y cojín de la fama tenía una mancha blanquecina que no podía ser ni leche ni yoghurt, si saben a lo que me refiero. La regadera llena de cabellos y plastas de jabón que podrían hacerte resbalar. Los otros dos encargados de turno en recepcion muy gentiles y apenados, pero la señora por ningún motivo debería estar en un puesto de atención.'

'El lugar está en una zona tranquila, muy bien ubicado, a 20 min a pie de Av insurgentes. El acceso fue sin problemas, muy bien. Con refrigerador y cocina en funciones. Es como un Airbnb, los anfitriones resolvieron las dudas. Pasé frío en la noche, pues la cama está justo a un lado de un gran ventanal, y a esa hora ya no podía solicitar apoyo a los anfitriones.'

'Fantastic Location in Mexico City – Heart of San Ángel & Insurgentes One of the best locations to stay in Mexico City—especially if you’re visiting the vibrant areas of San Ángel and Insurgentes. You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily. Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just outside, connecting you to both the north and south of the city. The UNAM (Mexican National University), the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy are all nearby—there’s just so much around. The hotel itself offers great service, cozy rooms, and an amazing staff. They even provide free shuttles, and the driver, Alberto, is fantastic—friendly and super helpful. Bonus tip: there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs with a buy-one-get-one pizza deal on Tuesdays. Don’t miss it! Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.'

'La habitación muy bien, el staff no me indicó que el horario de desayuno era de 6-9 am de lunes a viernes así que bajé 9:22 y ya no alcancé nada 😑 porque estaban recogiendo. Si llevas auto y llegan en la noche tipo 7-8 es casi imposible conseguir un lugar en el estacionamiento. Por lo demás el hotel es limpio y me gustó la habitación que es como un loft'
