아주 좋은 스튜디오 아파트입니다. 별 5개를 받을 만합니다. 리버풀 중심가에 위치해 있습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고, 작은 주방이 있어서 요리도 할 수 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 늦은 체크아웃 서비스 요금이 너무 비싸다는 것입니다(시간당 20파운드). 요금이 좀 더 저렴했으면 좋겠습니다.

직원들은 친절하고 효율적입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 메인 스트리트와 크리스마스 마켓의 멋진 전망을 감상하실 수 있습니다. 리버풀 라임 스트리트(Liverpool Lime St) 역 바로 옆의 훌륭한 위치. 오후 3시까지 방이 준비되지 않았기 때문에 오후 2시 이후 레스토랑에서 늦은 점심을 먹었습니다. 우리는 점심 메뉴를 더 이상 이용할 수 없다는 말을 듣고 실제로 ”오후 5시부터”라고 적힌 저녁 메뉴에서 주문해야 했습니다. 음식의 질과 서비스는 모두 좋았지만 저녁 메뉴의 선택도 매우 제한적이었습니다.

정말 좋았어요. 호텔도 좋았고 직원들도 친절했어요! 주차는 조심하세요. 하룻밤에 20파운드예요.

가격 대비 가치! 앨버트 독과 모든 레스토랑이 가깝고, 비틀즈 스토리와 픽업 장소(Hop on Hop off 투어 버스)도 가까워서 위치가 좋습니다. 객실 크기는 좋으며 선창을 볼 수 있는 넓은 창문이 있습니다.

여기에 머무르는 것을 좋아했습니다. 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 위치는 이상적이었고 조용했습니다.

나에게 있어 이것은 경기 당일 숙박할 수 있는 가격 대비 훌륭한 가치였습니다. 방은 거대했고, 넉넉한 차와 커피 시설과 함께 거대한 욕실을 갖춘 객실의 오래된 전통적인 모습이 마음에 듭니다. 시내 중심가에 있고 일찍 체크인할 수는 없었지만 대도시를 돌아다니는 동안 짐을 안전하게 보관해 주었습니다.

We had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport는 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 침실도 매우 편안했습니다(003호실에는 더블 침대가 하나 있었고, 다른 049호실에는 더블 침대 두 개가 있었습니다). 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 음식: 첫날 밤은 레스토랑에서 식사를 했습니다. 두 명은 참치를, 한 명은 리바이 스테이크를 주문했습니다. 스테이크는 정말 맛있었습니다. 참치는 아직 수영 중이라 추가로 조리해야 했습니다. 주방에는 '에이전시 셰프'가 있었던 것 같습니다. 참치를 다시 가져왔을 때 정말 맛있었습니다. 다음에 리버풀을 방문하면 꼭 다시 묵을 것입니다.
