Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets!
Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff.
Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here.

The owner is very kind and helpful. They showed us where to get eggs and rice so we wouldn’t get hungry during our stay 😊 They also sell Maggi curry, which is a Malaysian favourite instant noodle—such a nice touch!
The owner allowed us to do an early check-in when the room became available around 10:30 a.m. since we arrived early. They also helped arrange transportation to Xiling Snow Mountain, and the price was very reasonable.
I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it was nice, warm during the cold weather, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely repeat this place if we come to Xiling Snow Mountain again.

The surrounding area includes popular attractions such as Xiling Snow Mountain Scenic Area, Huashui Bay Hot Spring Resort, Xiling Canyon Rafting, Xiling National Forest Park, and Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort. Additionally, the climate in the area where the homestay is located is comfortable, and the surrounding towns are well-equipped. Although it's not cool during the day when there's plenty of sunshine, the temperature cools down after sunset, allowing guests to enjoy a pleasant living experience while touring.

來西嶺雪山最幸運的決定，就是選了若見汐民宿！真的太太太超出預期，住完滿腦子都是“下次還要來”的執念～民宿的位置依山傍水藏在山坳裏，依山傍水，一座小橋橫跨溪上，完全是“小橋流水人家”的詩意寫照，瞬間逃離了城市的喧囂。設計上更是看得出來花了大心思，復古與現代的融合太戳我了！硬件設施完全不輸高檔酒店！智能馬桶帶加熱和清洗功能，花灑出水細膩如霧，大床的床墊軟硬剛好，裹着蓬鬆的被子一覺到天亮，旅途的疲憊瞬間清零。最打動人心的，還是美女老闆的用心。還在途中，老闆提前聯繫，發了定位，擔心找不到；剛到民宿，就遞上了洗凈水果；辦理入住時，又送上了免費的手沖咖啡，香氣醇厚。第二天的早餐更是豐盛到感動，每一口都是家常的温暖，比酒店的流水線早餐走心太多。全程沒有過度熱情的打擾，卻總能在需要的時候出現，這種貼心又不刻意的服務，真的太戳心了。民宿的咖啡廳也一定要去！點一杯老闆手沖的咖啡，什麼都不用想，就靜靜坐着發呆，感受這份難得的慢生活，簡直是旅途中的治癒時刻。從位置到設計，從硬件到服務，若見汐沒有一處不戳中人心，來西嶺雪山，住這裏絕對是旅途最正確的決定，來了就不想走，已經開始期待下次的重逢！

這次入住體驗簡直超出預期！前台免費升級了房型，可以泡温泉，池子都在室外，硫磺味道很濃。前台熱情專業，房間整潔乾淨。後門出去就到了西嶺鎮，老街小小的一條街，也能沿河邊街道漫步，很休閑愜意。

Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. The room is clean, good lighting and cute.
Free shuttle van : They offer a free shuttle between the Xiling entrance and the hotel.
Heating : The floor and bed heating is very nice. But the bahtroom is too freezing to shower.
AI voice demand : The TV, lights, and air conditioner are also compatible with AI voice commands ”Tian mao JingLing”, which is super convenient.

HHwee1I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

LlwkengClean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior.
The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early.
Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night.
Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel.
Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.

I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words.
The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic.
Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay.
Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special.
