I checked in went to my room and turned on the air conditioner immediately because The room is very hot. Air conditioner after one hour was not blowing very cold and it wasn’t cold enough to cool the room so I called the front desk and asked for a fan and was told that they were sending a maintenance guy meanwhile I open the door Cool the room 30 minutes later the maintenance guy showed up and check the air conditioner he didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with him he seemed content with the fact that the air conditioner fan worked even though the compressor never kicks on. So I called the front desk again and asked for a fan cause my room was unbearably hot. the owner or manager got irate with me yelling at me over the phone saying for the money I’m paying I shouldn’t be asking for a better room And next time go somewhere else don’t come back here. I replied you got it I sure won’t.
Also there was blood spray all over the ceiling and the mattress was completely crushed. I had had enough I packed my bags put them in the car, I went to the front desk to Check out. And the young man at the desk before I can say anything handed me a key card for a new room.
