This hotel has not been cleaned properly in a very long time (no cleaner has dared venture behind the bed for instance) and the common areas are atrocious. Loud people living in the rooms there. I would NOT recommend this place unless you are stranded in a snow storm!

Stayed in Room 116. Narrow room...not much space for the luggage cart. Found a baby Binkie and a hair tie on the floor. Hotel needs a lot of TLC, but the water pressure in the shower was good. Grab and go breakfast.

This place was gross, from the elevator to the rooms. They “spruced” the lobby up but the rest is trash. The only good thing about his hotel was the staff they were all very friendly but they can only do so much. It’s apparent the owner is milking this place for everything it’s worth. The room had broken glass, bugs what I’m hoping was just mud on the wall. Stay anywhere else but here.

If you come to Lakewood ,you need to stay at quality in. Heather was amazing and very friendly,makes you feel at home . The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Complementary breakfast was good and there’s also vending machines for late snacks . Restaurants are near by and Walmart for your needs. Heather you rock ☺️

Holly, mireya and the rest of the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend it here for anyone needing a good rest. The rooms were spacious and comfy.....and the locale is peaceful and quiet. Everything was prompt and the service was wonderful. Thank you guys.

The bedding and towels are newer and clean, the beds are comfortable. I think the staff members who clean the rooms are doing a great job considering what they're working with. Otherwise, this hotel is rundown and very overpriced. Nothing is being maintained. Grass isn't watered, weeds aren't pulled, dead trees and bushes are everywhere. The doors in the rooms have burn marks and holes, the curtains have rips and aren't hung properly. Picture hangers were on walls without pictures. The floor and table lamps are wobbly with dirty shades. This area has many hotels that are much cleaner and nicer and probably similarly priced.
