She made the check in very smooth and was very accommodating as to the location of my room being that I had a service dog. I initially only rented the room to check out the surroundings before I extended the reservation. Afor completing some errands we return to the room to find cockroaches having a party on the floor in front of the refrigerator. We immediately mitigated the situation by killing as many roaches as we could find and notified the front desk and then spent several hours disinfecting and sanitizing the room. I suffer from asthma so it was an extreme priority to clean the room, as roaches set off asthma attacks the next morning I contacted the motel on site manager. I was professional, polite and discreet out of respect for the business. Leilana said she would get in contact with the GM. Uday.she offered me a different room. I refused because I had already sanitized the room that we were in and I did not have the strength to move yet again the second time in less than 24 hours.
