Lake Lure’s only home with a full flat lawn allowing for endless outdoor enjoyment and Western facing mountain sunset views! Recently renovated to provide an upscale stay. Amenities galore in this 5 bedroom home: a stocked kitchen, hot tub, game room, bar, lawn games, fire pit, & more ONLY a 5-min walk to Rumbling Bald for public amenities (restaurants, Starbucks, trails, 2 golf courses - fee required), short driving distances to restaurants and hiking trails, and only an hour drive to Asheville. **Due to the destruction caused by Hurricane Helene on Sept 27, 2024, the use of the lake has been paused. Throughout the Spring and Summer the water level will fluctuate as the Army Corps of Engineers conduct repairs. HOWEVER, this house has views, amenities and nearby attractions to delight! THE PROPERTY! This sophisticated five-bedroom waterfront home was artfully designed to ensure mountain and lake views from nearly every room. The main floor has spacious and stocked kitchen, two dining areas, living space with large smart TV and fireplace, a half bath, and a screened-in sunroom which is the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing throughout the day. Bedroom #1, the large primary suite on the upper floor, has a King canopy bed, an armchair, and a writing desk. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower. The lower level was restored (and refined!) due to damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Four bedrooms are on the lower level: Bedroom #2 King, Bedroom #3 Queen/twin bunk, Bedroom #4 Queen and full, Bedroom #5 two sets of bunk beds. A new game room creates a spacious communal space with a pool table, shuffleboard, two mini fridges, two TVs, and a bar. Two full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and a shower outside too! The modern kitchen comes with a full suite of upscale appliances as well as a classic coffee maker (small Keurig downstairs), toaster, blender, and crockpot. Prepare meals while listening to music on the Sonos speaker. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES! This is the only house on the entire lake with a full lake front lawn! Take in lake views from the wraparound balcony, which has a gas grill. Or enjoy the vistas from your screened porch, detailed with ceiling fans, patio lights, and a full outdoor living set. An outdoor 8 person hot tub was added in April 2025! This promises to have some of the best sunset views in all of Lake Lure. Enjoy outdoor fun with provided lawn games: giant Jenga, cornhole, bocce, Kan Jam, Bottle Bash, & basketballs. Full-size basketball hoop in the driveway. Wood-burning firepit with supplied wood and a hammock for relaxing. Once lake access resumes, enjoy the provided paddle boards (four) and kayak! EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, games/toys, four paddleboards, one kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, pack-n-play, firewood & more. AT&T Fiber has recently been installed for high speed internet. *Lake quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Parking notes: Parking is available for four cars. The driveway is VERY steep and four parking spaces are available but two of them are at the top of the driveway, next to the road in a gravel spot.
