Bring the whole family or 2 (we have the space) to this great place and make memories TOGETHER that will last a lifetime!!! Our home is the perfect set up to accommodate 2 families or larger groups. Children will enjoy the roominess to play as well as the adults as there is plenty of spaces to retreat (like our loft area perfect for home office or reading) and yet still come together in the main level open space concept kitchen/dining and living area. Our master bedroom (Queen size bed) is connected to another bedroom with 2 twin beds which is great for couples with young children that want to stay close but still enjoy some privacy. The ground level is a "Mother in Law" suite so it is easily accessible without having to hike up any stairs particularly for our older guests or people with special needs This bottom suite is wheel chair accessible and also has an additional kitchen with a fridge and microwave for your convenience. The spacious bathroom features a large walk in shower equipped with handicap rails and space for a Other things to note ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that we will send you upon your booking request. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests and travel companions) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 48 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for (Please note the community office is closed on the weekends so please exclude those days for processing of applications). You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway and the garage is not accessible to guests at this time. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
