Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. This vacation rental features: 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Parking: Guests are granted one covered parking spot, which is located under the unit, on the far left. There is room for a 2nd car across from the condo. Important details to note: With close proximity to the Beach, steps to the Swimming Pools, and being able to Fish on beautiful Lake Powell within a minute says it all. This property is a short walk across the street allows for easy access to the Emerald Coast Beaches of Carillon Beach from the Community Access Gates. Beach Access: Public Beach Access 98: There is a gate there with a guard, but all you have to do is say you’re going to the public beach! Public Beach Access 96: There is a boat ramp on the property, where you load and unload into the water. Camp Helen State Park is one mile away from this condo. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed.
