If you want to dip your toes or swim in Lake Travis, play disc golf, or build a sand castle, you are only a 5-10 min drive to all the private Lago Vista parks with a guest pass. Don't forget to pick out your favorite river rock to paint back at the craft table at the house. 13 min to Arkansas Bend State park and 11 miles to Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge for hiking. 40 minutes to adorable Marble Falls and iconic Austin. Boat parking on the side of the house available. Boat ramp open at one of the private parks. Heated pool available Nov, March and April (not available Dec, Jan, Feb) when temperatures are above 60 degrees. A heated pool is not a hot tub. The water temperature is in the 70s dependent on ambient temperature. Very pleasant for swimming when temperature is in the 60-80s and sunny in the Texas! My kids love it!
