I stay here every time I come to town I was disappointed that someone wrecked my car in the parking lot. Other than that I’m pleased with the hotel itself

It was average at best, and there were a couple of cleanliness issues. Not a bad experience, but not a great one either. Pretty mediocre.

It was amazing best sleep ever the best has to be the most comfortable one I have slept in..

The staff was aloof and distant. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. The air-conditioning unit was falling apart. It was as if she was trying to give me the worst room they had. Will never stay there again and will not recommend to anyone

The hot tub was broken and has been broken for weeks. The receptionist Mrs Diamond said the repair people know about it and have been back and forth for weeks now. So i dont blame the staff at all for that. My son forgot his pillow and Mrs Diamond got the pillow out of our room after we checked out and saved it at the front deck until we were able to pick it up. She is extremely nice and we really appreciate her. She also got us extra blankets and brought them to our room the night before. The cook made awesome cookies that were amazing and left out at the front desk. The breakfast was also very good! The hotel staff were exceptional in my opinion. I definitely plan on staying there again. Just hope the hot tub will be repaired by then.

During this most recent stay I was put in a room where the flip guard on the door was broken, the smoke detector was hanging off of the ceiling, there were holes in the wall, and a small roach fell out of the bathroom vent. I haven’t had such a bad experience here before but even when I addressed these concerns (minus the roach because it was the last day) I wasn’t offered a new room or anything. There was also an event where someone came in during breakfast and argued with other occupants of the hotel which I feared would lead to a physical altercation. There was also an issue where I couldn’t turn off the light behind the television and watch my Roku without it disconnecting the HDMI port all together. I had to just watch the regular cable if I wanted the lights off. Overall, it just felt very unsafe and was inconvenient.

Room was clean and spacious. Had to ask for towels everyday from front desk. Could hear people talking in next room from inside my room.

The people in the room above us were running and jumping late at night and it was hard for us to sleep. We called the front desk and reported it. It stopped for a while and then started up again.

AC in first room did not work. We were relocated and later found that hair dryer did not work in that room. Ice maker on that floor did not work.
