프린세스 안드리아나 리조트 & 스파 - 울트라 올 인클루시브(Princess Andriana Resort & Spa - Ultra All-Inclusive)

Me and my fiancé needed a getaway!! There were a number of things we loved about our holiday and stay at Princess Andriana. We had a pool view and really liked how private it felt. We drove by some hotels right on the road and I liked the privacy from the room we had. The spa was lovely - warm indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The animation team work really heard and are super enthusiastic about getting guests involved. I’ve seen a few mixed reviews on the food, but I thought there was lots of variety in the main hotel restaurant - two salad counters, desserts like a patisserie and 3 areas for mains (some cooked fresh in front of you). I would say the food labelling needs to be improved. I can’t eat certain foods and A LOT of the time I’d choose something and find cheese or a meat in the dish and it was not on the labelling. I found pork in my plate and in my food on a few occasions and it was through mislabelling. You really need to improve this because this is important for allergens and religious reasons. Sometimes there wasn’t any labelling at all so you need to make sure everything is labelled and with added detail too!! We were very disappointed with the Italian and Burger restaurant. In the Italian, I was assured the pizza was going to be authentically cooked, but it was a thick crust pizza covered in cheese. It came out like it was a freezer pizza - not authentic. I sent it back and opted for the pesto tagliatelle instead which was actually very nice. The Burger restaurant was a bit of a shambles. We arrived and didn’t start eating until an hour later! 5 tables before us had their starters and were getting their mains served before we had any course. The waitress asked for our menu choices and then 20 minutes later came back to say the machine had broken and we needed to manually re-order our choices. That’s fine as you can’t help a technical fault, but at least go about it in the way tables arrived because we were seated before the 5 tables that had their food first. Also when the menu says chips they really mean potato wedges. People who are going to have a burger want chips and not wedges so at least be transparent. I asked the waiters and they confirmed it was chips, but wedges came on both occasions in the Italian AND Burger restaurant. Smoking should be zoned in restaurants. If people want to smoke in the outdoor part of the restaurant that’s fine, but it is covered and enclosed to some degree and it carries across. I think there should be a smoking zone with tables for guests that wish to smoke during a meal. It’s a child-friendly hotel and I do think this is an area for improvement. Changing topic to irons. If they are a fire hazard and you can’t have irons permanently left in the room at least offer them out for collection for a short period of time or offer complimentary ironing services. The food is excellent for catering on this level. Plenty of choice and variation also the waiters and waitresses are fast cleaning down the mess from the tables. I think some people think they will be getting a la carte because it is 5 star. Even my wife who is a picky eater was able to have a good meal each night. There are 5 star venues that cost £3k and up per couple which are superior so obviously you can’t compare one that costs £2k. Perhaps the star system needs and overhaul that goes to 10. The cocktails are fine. The quick and easy way admittedly but imagine the queues if they were making the fancy ones. The staff work their ****s off to get the drinks out quickly. They aren’t the strongest of alcohols but that is expected as some think drinking all day is smart which leads to trouble from those who can’t handle it. If you want fancy cocktails visit the Tiki Bar €12 each of which €6 is ice!!!!! More seating area is required by the bar. If people would leave the cushions alone none would be missing. I recommend hiring a car and seeing the whole island but the best way to see Rhodes is on a trip as the parking is a nightmare ( use Impress €19pp return) The room is good for a two week stay. (Wouldn’t recommend paying for a side sea view though) All in all we had an excellent two weeks due to being open minded before we came. Well what can I say apart from impressive a huge hotel with all the trimmings. The staff are very friendly and attentive nothing is to much trouble branded drinks not your local stuff. Great choice of food every day 3 different themed restaurants to book. Lots of pool rooms to book or just a standard room with access to a large pool to jump into. No fighting for the sun beds as plenty to go around we had a fab week

Probably the most beautiful hotel of all.. I stayed at this hotel for only 5 nights and felt I had to stay another five days at least, but let's take it in order, The first night we came we felt a little nervous, we didn't know if our finances were put in the right hotel, my little daughter was allergic to gluten and it was the first time I saw a man paying so much attention to our table in the à la carte moonlight, A big thank you Konstantine for your welcome and for your pleasant return, ( The right man in the right place) The hotel has two themed barbecue and Italian and burger restaurant all with reservations. Best massage ever, Teodor was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease and relaxed at all times, would def recommend! I had the full body massage as I have issues with my legs, he definitely targeted this area and worked hard to ease the tension.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Went with my wife and 6yr old daughter for October half term. Every element of the hotel was great, staff cleanliness, location right on a beautiful pebble beach with beach bar/snack bar just set back from the loungers. The beach itself was great for snorkelling too. Saw many fish, including a few special ones. Including a puffer, a young moray eel and grouper. Also a couple of people had spotted a lion fish out by a rock 10meters out. Water Sparta can also be accessed from the beach and a couple of boat tours to Lindos which pick up straight from the beach. There’s not many other places nearby to go to apart from a couple of bars/restaurants over the road but you won’t really need to leave unless like me you want to catch the footie/rugby. Then it’s just 2 minutes to a bar that has the sport on. Also a couple of shops there with lower prices than the on site shop. Food was great every day and plentiful. Various theme nights through the week and always found food for our fussy 6yr old daughter. The wine was always flowing with very attentive table service. The staff especially the porter who showed us to our room and was helpful in directing me to places locally. All bar staff were pleasant even when things got busy. The entertainment team…. Well they were amazing. The first night I thought let’s avoid the shows as other hotels tend to have rubbish shows.. well I’m soo sorry I did as the second night we gave it a try for our daughter and we all where laughing the whole night. Something for all ages after the mini disco. So glad we were there for the last week before the animation team went home for the winter. They are a credit to the hotel!! We really could not fault anything! I even found myself trying to think of areas than could be improved and really did struggle. The only thing minor negative was the difficulty we found getting into any of the A la carte restaurants that we were allowed to book for no additional charge but all where fully booked on arrival. We did manage to get into the beach bbq which was an extra charge but well worth it! Just go very very hungry!! As there is soo much meat you will want to devour! Thank you to the staff/hotel for such an amazing holiday. We hope to return again this year pocket money permitting.

Absolutely beautiful place, staff are amazing, friendly attentive and very lovely. My massage I had full body and it was the best I’ve had! My therapist jeneta was very thoughtful made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Can’t recommend this spa enough

The room is nice clean room, Theodor was a friendly member of the team and did a fantastic deep tissue massage for me. Facility is well presented with an indoor relaxing pool, sauna, spa and gym. A very relaxing experience and would certainly recommend again
