The most welcoming and warm place! It is a family run hotel that feels like being in someone’s home. The staff and owners are so friendly and bent over backwards to help us with our millions of requests every day. Though the rooms are basic they have everything you need and with a balcony you can enjoy the most stunning views. The restaurant is top notch. A small but delicious menu. The pool is huge and there is a smaller indoor one as well. Plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas. Everything is well cared for and maintained. Lots of cute decor touches everywhere… and did I mention the views?!?! Though it is hard to reach anywhere on foot you can have a car/bike delivered to the hotel for hire or use the free shuttles offered or the excellent bus system to take you anywhere on the island. Really can’t recommend Janto enough but on the other hand don’t really want to tell everyone because would like to keep it our little secret…. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you again for the most wonderful stay

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie per un regalo dei 60 anni e devo ringraziare i Gestori per la loro ospitalità e cortesia. Stanza pulita ed accogliente con tutti o confort un balconcino con una vista spettacolare. Colazione ottima ed a Pranzo ottime preparazioni di secon di con contorno ed insalate.che sono la nostra passione . I titolari hanno convenzioni con ottime strutture.per il mare è la sera per la cena . Tutto ottimo consigliatissimo . Torneremo sicuramente .

바다바로 앞이라 좋아요 신혼여행으로 이곳 저곳 자유로 다니다 트립어드바이저어플통해서 예약 했어요 수영장사용이 목적이라 수영장 있는 호텔로 보다 이 호텔을 예약했는데 결국 이용은 못했어요 수영장 사용료 따로 발생하며 체크인하고 수영장사용예약을 따로 하고 이용해야하며, 이용료를 내더라도 이용하고 싶었는데 실제 수영장을 보니 목욕탕 수준에 좁아서 사용을 안했어요 조식은 다른 호텔들과 비슷했는데 음식을 직원들이 직접 담아줘요 객실에 커피포트있어서 저희는 라면도 끓여먹었어요 호텔근처에는 한국마트가 없어서 저희는 밀라노에서 사온 라면이랑 김치랑 저녁 한끼 뚝딱 참 체크인후 객실에 오니 욕실 쓰레기통이 비워져 있지 않았어요 좀 찝찝했지만 따로 얘기 안하고 담날 외출후 돌아오니 비워져 있긴 했어요 하루정도는 머물러도 좋아요 성격급한 우리는 이것저것 쟤보지 않고 삼박을해서 아직 일박을 더 해야하네요🥲 모두 즐거운 여행 되세요^^

We always travel to Ischia at the end of May, this being our only holiday of the year. We have chosen this hotel as it was recommended and we liked the idea of the thermal garden in the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at the main port on the island and were greeted by the hotel driver, who was punctual and professional. We arrived a bit earlier but our room was ready, which was great. Once there we had a tour of the facilities and everything was very clearly explained, with no 'hidden' costs. The Thermal Garden plus the inside pools and SPA facilities are stunning and a pleasure to use. The thermal treatments lady, Anna and the beautician (also called Anna!) were extremely professional and caring. The treatments very effective, all clearly explained and booked in advanced by the SPA manager, Elizabeth, also professional and very accommodating of my needs and requests. We ate in the hotel both at lunchtime in the bar within the thermal garden and for dinner. The food is delicious and plentiful, again with no hidden costs. The bar prices are very reasonable and in line with local bars. Staff there is very friendly and professional, making everything even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic with a great buffet with quality items, dinner has been special every time with local dishes and a great choice of starters. Everything was exquisite and the staff were excellent, noticing preferences and great at advising the best dishes to try, again with no hidden costs. There is also piano bar in the evening, with two great musicians who sing and entertain with great songs, in Italian, and other languages. Beautiful! Overall an excellent experience, we will definitively go back!

This place is a bit of a contradiction. Whilst aspiring to be high-end with its 6 pools and thermal springs, it is in fact really dated and seems stuck in time. The management appears to have no interest in dragging this place into the 21st century. Everything is in need of updating and renovating, the pool areas, rooms, common areas, breakfast. Disappointing for a place that has so much potential and would have been fantastic in its hey day of the 1980s. We did not make use of the many pools as common areas were not comfortable, especially the indoor pool which had broken floors and was poorly lit. Our room was ok and we spent time enjoying the balcony. The bathroom seems to have been updated in recent years and was clean and functioning, however the shower was very small. Upon arrival we were given a very long letter with information, however this letter managed to provide us with little information at all. We got to know dinner timings yes, but the menu or where the dinner actually was? No. Had they offered a half/full Board package, we might have gone for that. Information such as spa treatments, tours, local things to do, foods, shuttle into town was not included. I did notice a stand at reception with some pamphlets in it, this was the extent of their efforts. Does this hotel even have spa treatments? I have no clue. We did not enjoy breakfast as the spread was basic and had little to offer us. It did not show off the regions rich food culture. We instead bought our own food from the local supermarket and enjoyed that. The manager, Camilo, is a lovely man and I do hope they have some ideas for bringing this place up to date in the near future. It does seem, like other reviews have suggested, as a place for older (eg 70+ Italians) to come and retire.

리리뷰어Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nella settimana a cavallo di ferragosto, due adulti con una bimba di un anno. Appena arrivati abbiamo apprezzato l’accoglienza alla reception dove ci ha aiutati Emanuela, illustrandoci con grande gentilezza tutte le caratteristiche dell’hotel, i servizi e le principali attrazioni dell’isola. In generale sia il personale della reception che quello della sala ristorante si è dimostrato gentile, competente ed incline a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Anche la bimba è stata benissimo ed è stata coccolata da tutti, diventando la mascotte dell’albergo! La stanza era essenziale ma confortevole, la piscina eccezionale, sempre pulitissima, con possibilità di servizio pranzo snack a bordo piscina, tutto di ottima qualità. La vigilia di Ferragosto è stata organizzata una bellissima festa, con aperitivo a bordo piscina e successiva cena all’interno, musica, balli e divertimento. Che dire, nel complesso consigliati siamo per l’accoglienza top ed i servizi! Torneremo senz’altro!
