오텔 샤또 블랑(Hotel Chateau Blanc)

Super service, very cosy with nice breakfast. Super location with walking distance to Ski-Lift and city center . SKi storage with boot heater and good relax area with fireplace as well as winebar and snacks . There are also superior rooms at higher price with very nice size and features but even Std rooms are fine though not very large .

An opportunity lost. Great location close to the slopes and nice structure but the management has poor quality. Just to give some examples: complete confusion during the bookings, bottles of water half full in the fridge (by the previous consumer), they price you an amount and when you check out they ask you for another amount (more). Moquettes not completely clean but the best is when we found out room door completely opened with our big surprise they answered: “we thought someone in there” Great safety :) Hospitality is a serious thing and cannot be in the hands of persons that do not have a clue even if they try to do their job. Prices crazy in relation to the quality of the management.

Stayed here 1 night.not nice not clean.just 2 pillows for 2 people,the elderly host is so rude?breakfast not fresh so overall a very bad stay definitely must be nicer places in the area,🇫🇷 a beautiful restaurant pizzeria next door,gorgeous food and the owner was a fantastic host,food,wine and service was fantastic,

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Katya in particular made herself available to assist with our every need. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast outstanding. The breakfast hosts were attentive and energetic. We hope to return some day.

Initially we thought what a beautiful room but rubber mattress cover made sleep impossible and owner was aggressive and very unpleasant when we removed it. The breakfasts were poor, no cooked option and continental was stale, no fresh fruit or gluten free options and on three days all fresh croissants were gone before 9am. No drawers and limited hanging space totally useless for wet ski attire. Views were of roof tops in the main and Location not good for access to ski lift would need to store skis and boots by the ski lift definitely not walkable in ski boots! Staff were friendly but seem subdued by owner not a happy team and not a pleasant ambiance for a holiday. Only ate dinner in once food was awful we were the only diners so that speaks volumes needless to say despite the cold we ate out every night and even ended up eating out for breakfast after it became clear that wasn’t going to improve. What a shame definitely not worth the money.

Una sola notte ma sufficiente a giudicare la struttura molto bella, molto curata sia nelle parti comuni sia nella stanza. Arredamenti in stile, prevalentemente in legno e con molta attenzione ai particolari. Tutto pulitissimo e colazione a buffet piuttosto varia ed abbondante. Peccato solo che, nonostante il letto molto comodo, fosse disponibile solo il piumino e nessuna coperta un po' più leggera. Per il troppo caldo ho dormito veramente poco. Posizione ottima, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva agli impianti di risalita e c'è un'ampio spazio per tenere sci e scarponi

Tre stelle di infimo livello. Gli spazi comuni sono accettabili ed anche il breakfast ma la camera ed il servizio al di sotto della decenza. Stanza minuscola, con vecchia moquette ed arredi fuori dal tempo, soffitto bassissimo con continuo rischio di sbattere contro le travi di legno (anche in bagno). Servizio approssimativo e confusionario, privo di alcuna professionalità. Si spera che hotellerie di questo livello possa presto scomparire dal mercato.

Buona la posizione, vicino alle poste e al paese. L albergo invece è un tre stelle e non potrebbe averne di più. Camere eccessivamente piccole e i materassi sono totalmente sfondati. La biancheria è costituita da coperte e copriletti e quindi poco igienici.in camera c e un frigo con dell acqua a pagamento. La colazione è normale e non c è a disposizione una macchina del caffè, le bevande sono servite.

Mi son recato con la mia famiglia presso questa struttura dove abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni piacevolissimi. Consiglio vivamente Chateau Blanc a tutte quelle persone che cercano il relax a 360 gradi. Cosa ci è piaciuto ? Tutto …. Appena si entra si viene avvolti dal piacevole profumo di candele e di legna che arde all’ ingresso nel camino . L hotel è tutto in legno e moquette elegantemente arredato e con tinte sui muri veramente accoglienti. C è anche una piccola ma piacevole spa di cui abbiamo immediatamente usufruito. La colazione alla mattina è ricca e ben presentata dove c è di tutto. La camera è veramente accogliente e ogni mattina viene pulita e riassettata. Ma ciò di cui siamo stati più entusiasti è la cortesia della proprietaria e delle ragazze dalla reception alle cameriere dei piani . In poche parole è come stare in un costante coccola.Ci ritorneremo presto anzi…. Preventivo già richiesto
