Loved our stay at the Haitza! Gorgeous bedrooms with a real feel of luxury…. And housekeeping standards were exceptional. Great food - we really enjoyed the breakfasts and the Sunday Brunch was sensational… a real treat! Loved the location close to the beach. It’s a little way from Arcachon - although we hired ebikes and cycled in on the pathways which was very easy and enjoyable. Above all - the staff stood out for being really pleasant and very helpful. Melissa (and Matilde!) on the front desk was exceptional - a warm welcome every time we arrived back at the hotel and couldn’t do enough to help. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful , very nice design hotel with an amazing view over the the dune. Very big pool that can. E indoor or outdoor, nice restaurant and the food is very very good. Nice bar outside with a bar menu and les huître, really humid.great address in Arcachon. Ps : don’t miss the pastry shop’

The hotel is modern and is trying very hard to be "funky." Unfortunately, that means it misses the mark when it comes to some of the basics. Service is slow, the breakfast is poor, the seating is uncomfortable in most areas and the staff can be quite uppity. Everything at the hotel is unjustifiably expensive, and the quality is mediocre. We wanted very much to love this hotel, but it just fails on so many levels that it doesn't merit the 5* rating. No doubt it is at least 3* and maybe 4 at a push. Whatever you do, do not opt for the Sunday brunch. It's 95 euro, and unless you absolutely love shellfish, you will be very disappointed. Essentially, it's a modest breakfast buffet with a shellfish counter. Having had brunch at the Burj Al Arab and many other 5* establishments, it was a complete letdown. Regrettably we can not recommend this hotel.

First time to the Bordeaux region and the close by Atlantic coast. By pure luck we found this gem in Pyla-sur-Mer and booked the top level apartment for 3 nights. While we nearly had the hotel to our own (at least it felt like it) in the first 2 days, it got busier towards the weekend. Nevertheless the service was impeccable, always someone to help and amazing with the kids. Superb 5 star service, a top concierge that made our trip one of the best ones ever and nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast was a nice and fresh selection, top quality and relaxed seating, both indoors and outdoors. On our last night the concierge booked the restaurant at the sister property Co(o)rniche just up the road, great sunset, good music, cold drinks and fab service. Overall one of the best stays I had in my life, we will def come back.

Le séjour à l'hôtel Haitza fut des plus remarquables. L'accueil avec le surclassement de la chambre, la réservation pour le restaurant doublement étoilé malgré la liste d'attente, le service voiturier, le bar ou encore le petit déjeuner, l'ensemble fleure l'esprit de perfection mais avec le tact, la discrétion, la disponibilité et le sens de l'hospitalité idoines. Le cadre enchanteur, propre à l'architecture néo-basque des lieux mais revisité avec goût par Philippe Starck, a l'avantage de l'immersivité dans un monde à part, exceptionnel à tous égards. Bien évidemment, l'hôtel Haitza est à recommander chaleureusement.

Nous y sommes allés la propriétaire est arrogante . Parfois il faut faire semblant de ne rien entendre mais ce que sort de la bouche d’une personne de la direction est inadmissible et pénalement condamnable.
