나는 이것을 5 성급 시설로 인식하기 위해 고군분투합니다. 충분히 쾌적하고 좋은 위치에 있으며 친절한 직원이 도와줄 준비가 되어 있습니다. 슬프게도 시스템과 시설은 호텔을 실망시켰습니다. 우리는 4박을 했습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 첫날 밤에 완전히 예약되었으며(도착 전에 호텔에 연락했음에도 불구하고 미리 예약하라는 경고를 받지 않았습니다) 두 번째와 세 번째 밤에 문을 닫았습니다. 우리는 지난 밤에 예약하는 것을 꺼렸습니다. 호텔은 개를 허용합니다. 주인이 아침 식사 중에 방에 두지 않아 끊임없이 짖고 이웃을 깨울 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 평균이었고 품목을 천천히 교체하여 실망했습니다. 적당히 따뜻하지만 응고된 베이컨과 스크램블 에그는 매력적이지 않았습니다. 반면에 주방에서는 훌륭한 오믈렛 두 개를 생산했습니다. 레저 시설은 사용하지 않았습니다. 한증막과 사우나를 이용할 수 있었지만 우리가 머무는 동안 샤워 시설이 작동하지 않았습니다. 땀이 나는 상태에서 레저 공간 주위에 앉아 싶은 사람은 누구입니까? 수영장은 가난했고 프라이버시가 없었습니다. 그가 무엇을 하고 있는지 아는 사람이 직원이 있는 좋은, 다소 비싼 칵테일 바. 좋지만 다시 비싼 주차 서비스. 이 지역에는 합리적인 옵션이 없습니다.

I stayed at the Central Park Hotel in June 2021. I was with my husband and 5yo. The hotel manager was extremely helpful and made sure she was available to chat during breakfast etc. Our room was very good. It was cleverly laid out with an alcove section partitioned off from the main bedroom. It allowed our son to get to sleep whilst we were still up. I wish all hotel rooms had this layout! The location of the hotel worked well for us. Being across from the park, we could easily take our son on walks to the city zoo. It took around 10mins to be in the thick of the action at the Old Port. We opted for breakfast and, as a coeliac, I was pleasantly surprised at the gluten free options available. Items were laid out with separate spoons and tongs, and there were separate baskets for bread and cakes. This is the first time I've seen this in France. Finally, my husband and I both had massages at the Spa and had our treatments with Raphael. He was outstanding.

We arrived in the dark, wind and rain. However, the lady from reception and valet came outside to greet us, which we appreciated. Very good car parking. The hotel is a lovely building on a street with nice shops and cafes. The hotel bar and lounge area is very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and there was a fire burning, creating a lovely atmosphere. Our bedroom was large, the bed and pillows comfortable and the shower was great. I was very impressed by La Rochelle and would love to visit in summer. Very friendly and helpful staff. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked good. Thankyou

We have just stayed here for two nights in a family room for 3. The room was very small, dark, tired and extremely dirty with a thick layer of black dust coating all the skirting boards and worst of the headboard!! We noticed the entrance and stairway were very dusty too, so obviously cleaning is not a priority at this hotel! This was confirmed when we were told that housekeeping would not be cleaning our room during our two night stay due to covid. Having stayed in various hotels in the Uk & Portugal during covid, who still provided housekeeping, we found this very odd. Due to covid I do carry antibacterial hand wipes so I cleaned the thick layer of dust, as we did not want to breath it in, especially as the headboard was totally covered in black dust! It was clear to see that the room has not been cleaned thoroughly for quite sometime, which was not pleasant and very disappointing. I did check to see if we could change hotels but, being peak season there were no vacancies elsewhere. We did mention the black dust upon checking out. The response we received was absolutely shocking! The woman at the desk refused to let me speak, continuously interrupting me! She refused to believe us and kept repeating that the rooms are cleaned regularly! I showed her a photo of the black dirt I had removed with my wipes and she blamed the air conditioning unit, which we didn’t even use! After seeing my photo of the wipes she accused us of being ‘cleaning *******’!! Such a rude and unpleasant, not to mention unprofessional woman!! Zero customer service & care!! During our stay we were unable to use the television in fear of being electrocuted as the plug and wires were precariously hanging off the wall!! We did bring this to her attention but she refused to even listen and swiftly took payment for our stay and ushered us away. Avoid this dark dingy, dirty, hotel!! La Rochelle has many hotels and for €115 per night, you are sure to find much better accommodation elsewhere!!

라 로첼에서 1박을 했는데 아내가 몇 달 전에 이 호텔을 미리 예약해 놓았네요. 올드타운 바로 가장자리에 있어서 어디를 주차해야 할지 모르지만 위치는 항구의 중심부에서 불과 2 분 거리에 있으며 레스토랑, 관광객 및 멋진 거리 분위기로 가득합니다. 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 없었습니다. 우연히 우리는 올라갈 바닥 만있었습니다. 좋은 침대, 완벽한 욕실, 빠르고 쉬운 USB 영화로드를 허용하는 새로운 스마트 TV ... 3-star 호텔에 더 많은 것을 기대했습니다. 또한 아침 식사는 매우 좋았습니다! 매우 친절하고 도움이되는 프론트 데스크 관리자에게 추가 kudos. 라로셸에 있는 제 집이에요

La Marine is in an ideal location at the head of the Vieux Port so all the main attractions are within easy walking range. The more expensive rooms have superb vies over the harbour. Our room was clean and comfortable with a sofa, three chairs and a table. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided. There is no restaurant or breakfast room so breakfast is brought to one’s room on a tray: Coffee/tea, orange juice, yoghurt and a selection of pastries. The main negative of the hotel is that there is no lift. Reception is up two steep flights of stairs from the street and our room 16 (no view but cheaper) was up a further two flights of stairs. Even with just and luggage we struggled and we would have found it impossible with 23kg flight luggage. Overall a great location but also relatively expensive although this was La Rochelle at the height of the tourist season.

나는 다시 한 번 레지던스 센터 Pierre와 La Rochelle의 휴가를 통해 훌륭한 숙박을 했습니다. 매우 전문적인 안내원인 Sylvie와 Pauline과 이메일로 숙박을 예약했을 때부터 다시 한 번 감사하고 내년에 이미 돌아올 것을 고대하고 있습니다. 도착했을 때 리셉션에서 세부 사항에 대한 인상적인 효율성과 관심을 보여준 깨끗한 호스트인 Mr. Hasni가 숙소를 준비하여 가능한 한 빨리 소유할 수 있도록 숙박 마지막 날까지, 이 시설의 모든 직원, 그리고 여러분의 반응에 대한 브라보인 Mr Francois조차도 항상 제 말을 듣고 제 기대, 요청, 발언에 완벽하게 응답했습니다. 오래 전에 바위 위의 다른 호텔 시설과 함께 별장에 짐을 넣기 전에 주택 중앙에 있었기 때문에 숙박 코트 또는 리셉션 팀이 될 수 있기 때문에 몇 주 동안이 숙박 시설을 강력히 추천 할 수 있습니다. 그들의 팀의 기술, 특히 전문성에 자랑스럽습니다. 나는 장소, 위치, 도시의 위치를 위해 몇 년 동안이 호텔을 방문했습니다. 사실이지만 직원의 인간적 특성, 공감, 전문성도 마찬가지입니다. 역에서 5분, 구 항구에서 3분 거리에 이상적으로 위치한 이 호텔은 청결, 가용성, 서비스 및 기타 여러 케이스의 모든 케이스를 제공합니다.

Great location at the heart of La Rochelle. Everything you must see is from a walking distance of this charming hotel. The only thing missing was the silence from the street right in front of the hotel that can be very busy really early in the morning. Regardless of this small inconvenience I would definitely stay there again!
