Pool Heating: During the winter months the temperatures of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. The spa heat is complimentary and we do heat the pool to 80 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated higher than 80, we can do that for a fee of $100/night +taxes. We cann't gurantee temperatures and no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please note that pools cann't be cooled to a lower temperature in the summer months. Occupancy Limits: Guests who violate the listed occupancy limits are in serious violation and breach of these house rules and we reserve the right to deny access or require all guests to vacate the premises.
