We loved our time at Arborina Relais! The property is beautiful - the lush surroundings and thoughtful design make for a very luxe and relaxing aesthetic. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a big patio. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We especially appreciated their help in booking multiple wine tastings for us ahead of our visit. We loved the property’s proximity to world class wineries, and that multiple restaurants are within walking distance (two on property, as well as Osteria Veglio down the road). We had an outstanding meal at Osteria Arborina on our last night — the food was inventive and delicious, the staff were friendly and passionate, and the ambiance elevated the experience even further. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

Arborina relais is located in the most beautiful surroundings with vineyards. Nice views everywhere you look. We stayed at a junior suite for four nights, very clean and the interior decoration is lovely. Breakfast is super good. We dined several times at the lab bistrot. Very delicious food! The staff is very helpful and friendly . The place is very quiet. Go there for luxury in beautiful surroundings with delicious food just a few steps away.

What a fantastic place! Beautifully situated in the hills of La Morra. 360 degree views, stunning landscape and gorgeous property. Location is great for access to all of the main villages. Check in process was seamless and very friendly. We were greeted immediately and shown to our wonderful room. The room had all the amenities we needed. We stayed in room 3, which we highly recommend. Corner room on the top floor offering a large balcony in the front with endless views of the vineyards and mountains and a relaxing patio in the back immersed in the vineyard. Large beautiful living space, ample his and hers closet space, spacious bathroom with heated floors, and plenty of amenities (coffee, tea, mini bar, etc). We loved the nightly turn down service and special treats. Breakfast was held in The Lab Bistro, plenty of selection and beautiful views of the morning sun burning the fog off the vines. Parking is very easy in a secure, gated, covered garage. We did not have time to experience the Spa, but the space was lovely and we will for sure enjoy on our return. We can't wait to visit again! Amazing! All details was just perfect. Beautiful rooms, so kind people working there! Loved it!! Amazing design and garden area, pool is small but nice and clean! Breakfast was amazing. I can’t use the worm amazing to little, we just loved it so much!

The staff are friendly, professional and very happy to help with restaurants or other questions. The rooms are always spotless and very comfortable and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. The new LAB restaurant which opened for the first time while I was there was excellent.

We stayed at the Arborina Relais for the third time and unfortunately this time it was somehow disappointing. Starting with the front desk. Welcoming was very friendly. However, wrong name on the registration form. SPA times booked in advance were also wrong. The Arborina Relais uses an "Acqua delle Langhe" room fragrance, which can be purchased either online or directly at the Relais. When we asked (at the arrival) if we could reserve/buy two refills, the nice ladies said that they didn't have the refill, but that we could buy the glass bottle. When we asked if they could order the refill for us (we stayed 2 nights), they said succinctly: "No". Maybe I was expecting something like: “We will check if we can order it until your departure.”? But maybe I was expecting too much! Rooms/Suites: Our room was very dusty (maybe because of the fluffy bed linen?). Even after the room cleaning, it was still dusty on the bedside tables, etc. There was mold in the shower and the shelf for the shower gel/shampoo was loose/hanging down and could not be used. The brush was missing from the toilet brush and was not replaced during our stay. No idea how they cleaned the toilet! In general, the bathroom was very small. Toiletries must be placed elsewhere. Breakfast was at the Osteria Arborina. Partly it was breakfast buffet. Bread, cheese, cold cuts, eggs etc. had to be ordered separately. There was a large selection of juices on the menu; available/served was "only" orange juice. There is an insane number of staff buzzing around and yet nobody is really responsible. There were always long waiting times at the front desk, at breakfast until you could order something, on the terrace if you wanted to order an aperitif, etc.. When you finally got your drinks, the glasses were dirty and you had to wait again to get your wine. All in all, the stay was very pleasant and there were only small things that were wrong. However, adding up all these little things gives the impression that the Relais is somewhat neglected (especially if you know it from previous years). It's a shame because it's in an idyllic location!
