omg..this is an amazng place for all you parents/ grandparents who lurve to hear the kids giggling screaming and just having fun. the lodges are perfect and fun..BIG TIP go inclusive plus as lots of perks..day trips to a zoo..fridge refilled daily..jousting night..so the pools freezing..get over it..but once in its fine. foam parties that all ages loved food was perfect every day downside is entertainment on a bit too late but we got the drinks in and sat playing cards outside our lodges as rose was bored with waiting but the times we did stay WOW the acts were amazing. weekly parade passed our lodge. from arriving at 10pm to leaving at 8.20am we were made to feel special. try the food trucks as plenty for everyone. YES people will moan but why?? ive had the best family hoiday in years and i wish this had been available when my girls were younger as this ticks all the boxes..sun..pool..snacks..fun..laughter..enjoy. if you dont like to mingle..dont..you can enjoy the holiday still. YES some kids were hypa and being loud but its kids they were having fun WITHOUT their mobiles. have to say all inclusive was awesome proper alcohol not rip offs..ice creams and lollies crisp and doritos for snacks. try it if you want a good ole fashioned family holiday dont if your a moaning minnie who finds fault with everything as lets face it nothing will please you also they had a cosplay event..wow

We spent 7 days at Magic Robin Hood at the end of May. 5 adults, 5 children aged 6-14 years. We did all inclusive not ultra. Package holiday through Jet2. The site is huge, accommodation great, plenty of food and drink, limited queues, fab entertainment and lovely staff. We had one issue on our second night and Jet2 were worth their weight in gold due to this. This is the beauty of booking through them, they are there to help 24/7. The hotel handled it well too and were quick to sort the issue for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip abroad. You can go ultra but we didn’t feel we missed out on much at all being only all inclusive. Short €14 trip by taxi to Benidorm. Enjoyed the market and beach there! We would return!

Fantastic place. So much todo, a week isn't long enough. Accommodation. We had the Lion Heart premium lodge, this was great. Room was clean, seperate room for the kids with bunk bed. The receptionist sorted us with a cot. The mini bar was free and topped up everyday. Jacuzzi on the porch was great, didn't use as much as we thought we would but was a great feature, along with outdoor bed. Main Pool. It is huge, many different parts. Small kids, bigs kids. The water slide, events team smashing out lots of games. It is deep but again there is parts to suit all. With our lodge we could reserve a bed which ment we didn't need to fight with the early risers. Bar and eateries everywhere, water stations are plenty. You pay a euro for a cup, but they exchange for a fresh one everytime. We used most of the restaurants, our favorite for breakfast was the lion heart (very chilled and easy going for the morning). The robinhood show is a must. There is so many positives I can write I would be here for a long time. I would 100% suggest this to anyone with a young family, and looking to actually have a vacation.

We went here as a family for a week at the end of may it was glorious ☀️ sunshine,we were driven to our lodge which was clean and comfortable, hot tub and day bed outside,they also had water fountains all around the camp so you can just top up whenever. Pools ...the smaller one needs some signing up to explain that the ends of the pool are shallow and the middle is the deep part the amount of people that didn't realise and dropped but apart from that they were good they had foam partys and different things. Food...they are choices of places to go but the restaurants are set menu we were happy to stick to the buffet which was great. Entertainment was for all ages not just the kids we also got to enjoy the dinner and the show which was amazing we really enjoyed it . There are loads of things to do to keep you busy ,we took a 15 minute walk to the town with the shops,market and bars the beach is a another 10 minutes on top and is sand and pebbled if going we recommend shoes of some sort . We loved it here though the cleaners were fab the staff were great

I will be honest and say I was quite apprehensive about this holiday based on some reviews but honestly - there was no need to be. I will start with the pros - the pools especially the quieter one at the top of the resort were great. We all really enjoyed the food, there was so much choice I actually don’t understand how people can say they had to live off chips. The drinks selection was great (highly recommend a lemon slushie with Malibu). The check in was seamless and the gold buggie tour and drop off at room was a nice touch. We enjoyed the park area out front as we could sit and have a drink in the evening and watch the kids play or allow them to go in and out of the entertainment. The lifeguards were amazing and so on it - really impressed and really enjoyed the water slides. Cons - whilst I liked the idea of our own little lodge the shower inside was tiny, we stayed in a 2 bed Nottingham so if I ever went back would look for a premium or Sherwood lodge. We also found people would be out on their balcony’s until 2/3am being very loud and the lodges have thin walls. All for people enjoying their holiday but should take things inside past a certain point- this is not the hotels fault! Finally, the entertainment. There was something every night and the kids loved the mini disco however everything was just a bit late. The first show didn’t start until 10pm which is really late for kids. I would have preferred a 9pm start. We got a taxi into Benidorm and old benidorm on our stay and there was a lady outside who sorted them which was handy. Would 100% recommend going into old Benidorm. Overall we all enjoyed the break away and it’s a good family destination.

The staff at the bars are the best. Really make the stay fun. Williams and Juan looked after us and our kids leaving us to just enjoy the holiday. Would totally recommend the place to families. Food and drinks selection is perfect for many tastes.

This is our second visit. First visit was September last year which was fantastic. This time, may 2024 not good at all. Arrived and our hot tub was slimy and had a film of grime, asked to get it cleaned this took 2 days. (We had not used it) Ants swarmed our cabin, spoke to reception who accused us of leaving food in the cabin, she then said its a camp site we have to expect ants. Angela reception very rude. Food repetitive food cold, one occasion I bit into a meat ball n it was frozen, staff shrugged his shoulders. Breakfast stone cold. Day 4 we was all in bed with food poisoning. The resort overall needed tlc, lots of danaged slats of wood on hot tubs, rips in hot tub lids, broken chairs, broken water fountains, lots of wear n tear. The resort was clean, most staff were nice, especially the bar staff. Mini bar on ultra premium should be re filled daily. 3 occasions ours wasn't re filled and had to keep asking. Our Airton kept giving an error code and not working. So every day we had to switch off the fuse box. The day we were going home we wanted a taxi to the airport. Jet 2 lady said reception will book this if I request a 7 seater. As I had 4 cases and a pram, reception said no, and said I had to ring myself and book 2 taxis, costing 200 euros. In the end I found alicante private for £55. Entertainment were so poor. Too many repetitive parrot shows, and other shows were 10.30pm, too late for kids/baby. Arcade machines constantly swallowed euros which staff said they couldn't help. Oh our tapa/shower were opposite temp. So red was cold, blue was hot water. Not good for the kids as they forget an burn them selves. Pizza delivery. Half the time they didn't turn up. Then wen they did it was the wrong pizza. Overall not the best resort this time. All the above complaints/faults did not occur on our visit last year, hense why we went back. We will not be returning to this resort !! Last day we put luggage in the luggage lock up. Wen we asked to get the luggage out we was told no key, the man wasn't available. To then find out the lady lied and she had a key in the draw (told by jet 2 rep) she then got it an opened it.

Okay we do we start ! I don't usually write reviews but because I can't be asked to sue this hotel and ask for a full refund. I feel I need to let everyone know about this place. Firstly, food is atrocious. It may look okay. But it all tastes the same and very plain. Breakfast was bad and also gave my 1 year old 10 year old and my partner 30 years old food poisoning which all was throwing up and yet didn't want to accept the blaim when reporting to them. Also to even make a claim u would need a Dr to approve this ( for any other peopler trying to make a claim) Secondly, they stole £15 deposit for a towel because they lost a receipt for it and called me a liar about it when I personally gave them the towel back. Thirdly, the staff pure rude and wouldn't even give us there name ect when asked over the phone . I personally went to the face to have this confrontation with them whi h they apologised for. Finally, which I have several more points to make but I really don't want to write it all. My 1 year old child was ran over by a cleaner lady. Luckily i was there to scream stop and she was in a rubber ring, and all they offered was a late check out. This is appalling from a family resort which costs us more than 6k. Safety of children should be priority and this wasn't the case here. I Would highly recommend booking else where as this is unbelievable treatment

Stayed in the lion heart lodges would 100% recommend, spacious, big double bed, tv in all rooms, terrace lovely and spacious also, find really night plenty of options, staff in the restaurant really helpful and friendly. However there were a few cons!!! ● you have to pay €1 per plastic cup when by the pool ( card only) which only knew when queuing up so luckily I had my card with me ● the entertainment staff two in particular were HORRENDOUS! No patience, seriously not helpful, never smiled not very engaging with the children, really really poor ●only allowed floats into the very very shallow but which is pointless ●the juccuzi was never cleaned throughout the whole of my stay, could do with a net to get all the flies and bits out ● hopefully you have to quiet neighbours because if you don't it going to be an early morning for you ● lastly we didn't arrive until early hours of the morning so we effectively missed a day and there was no food or anything for us considering we paid for that day
