Hotel Aguere

We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The room was spacious and on the first floor. We liked the bed and also the large, renovated bathroom. As it is an old building, the floor was made of wood. There is no elevator and the rooms on this first floor are spread out in the courtyard. Daniel's service was excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a cafe with a direct entrance from the street. It is a pedestrian area and therefore there is sometimes some noise from the street, but for us it was not a problem.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. It is a nice historic building with a cafe at the ground floor. The hotel lays in the middle of town in a pedestrian area. Still it is not far from where one can take a taxi or get dropped off. Our room was spacious and quite at the third floor. The bed was comfortable and everything nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers breakfast, which was ok. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops around. We would stay there again.

It's a really comfortable place! The guys of the staff are really friendly, I felt at home! I loved so much the breakfast in the morning with a lot of vegetarian choice, home made hummus, bread and cakes! Amazing!

Lovely historic hotel in the heart of the centre of San Cristobal de laguna. Outstanding value for money, with comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, varied breakfast and very clean. Excellent location - near bars and restaurants and the tram and bus station.

Ante todo indicar que es un hotel de 1 estrella, monumental pero de 1 estrella. Tener en cuenta que al estar protegido imagino que no han podido realizar casi reforma en cuestión de accesibilidad y cerramientos (muros y carpintería, entre otras cosas). Tanto el ruido como el frio o calor según el la época circulan libremente por el complejo, no asilamiento ni térmico ni acústico en las habitaciones. Ni se os ocurra elegir la habitación clásica, si miráis en la información de la misma en la pagina web os daréis cuenta de que da ha patio interior, tanto la ventana de la habitación, algunas sin ventana, como el acceso, y, este, es un bar, descanso nulo. (nosotros pedimos que nos cambiarán tanto porque no había ventana como lo terrorífica que era la habitación), eso si con un suplemento no barato. No hay ni A/A ni calefacción, ni ascensor para plantas superiores. La ubicación es perfecta pero al tener en cuenta que La Laguna tampoco es tan grande hay dos hoteles mas ( La Laguna hay solo tres hoteles) que también se puede considerar que estan céntricos. Uno de ellos es relativamente nuevo, La Laguna central Hotel, pero según opiniones también es edificio catalogado y capaz que tiene los mismo problemas de ruido y climatologia (en este no he estado). El otro en el que si he estado varias veces, lo recomiendo antes que lo otros dos, Hotel Nivaria La Laguna, claro esta este es de 4 estrellas pero os aseguro que la poca diferencia de precio si la hubiera merece mucho pero que mucho la pena. En definitiva no es una critica al hotel ya que es lo que es, solo aconsejo y doy mi versión realista.

Hotel ubicado en una casona antigua, manteniendo su esencia añeja y situado en la zona mas neurálgica de la Ciudad de La Laguna, declarada patrimonio de la Humanidad . Prescindiendo de los lujos de los Hoteles modernos, como ascensor, aire acondicionado y bufet. Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, desayuno variado sin mayores pretensiones. Las camas muy cómodas y amplias. El personal muy amable y atentos, se aprecia el buen ambiente que existe entre ellos, el cual facilita la empatía con los huéspedes. Volveremos a repetir seguro y lo recomendamos siempre que acepten las peculiaridades del inmueble y la historía que le precede.
