This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home, renovated in March 2023, sits on a beautiful private lot. Enjoy the laid-back pace of Louisiana living from the patio, or take a short drive in any number of directions to experience some of the best fishing in the South! Swamp tours, airboat rides, plantation tours & fishing guides can all be found close by. Sister bday trip My fiancee is from new Orleans. This was my sisters 1 st time there. So I tried to find somewhere out the way..Although we would've loved to have a small adult gathering. It wasn't allowed. My fiancee n I are big time cookers so we wanted to do a dinner for everyone. But had to find somewhere else to do it. Do to the rules. Other than that the stay was pleasurable. N will book if it's available next year. N was very descent. Not enough shade so very hot n sunny. We did find a small tree to hang under but the dragon flies got the best of us. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Would stay again We were in town for the MPA in Thibodaux and stayed here during that time. It was a great location and easy to get to/from each day. Great communication with property owner. Listing is as pictured. We would stay again!
