Amazing!! Truly the spa to the thermal spa were incredible. Also, the staff are so nice and welcoming!! The whole facility is clean and spacious. My recommendation is to come early and go to the spa and then enjoy your thermal spa experience before getting your room at 3pm. You can check in earlier. Everything get charged at the end to your credit.

This is an excellent place. The facilities are exquisite, the staff is amazing very attentive. Breakfast is superb. Recommended without hesitation.

They were very strict about having a person added to the room and there was a dead frog in one of the hot tubs late at night- but it was afterhours lol. It is a natural hot spring and I am not really a nature-nature person. My friends didn't care as it is surrounded by the rainforest. Overall, I loved it and would consider coming back for a romantic weekend with my husband. More for couples or relaxing than a party group.

This was one of the most sanitized, emotionless resorts at which I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Everything is perfectly clean, neat, and could be very easily accessed in a b-grade resort in Florida. There is no soul. There is no Costa Rica. The surrounding area is exquisitely beautiful and somehow the hotel manages to evade that beauty in favor of a "lets look as much like a chain as possible" aesthetic and feel. To be clear, the hotel staff were all perfectly nice, the hotel was clean. The food was ok, not great. This is a management/identity issue. No reason to go here. Would not go again, would not recommend to friends.

This is one of the prettiest properties we’ve stayed at anywhere in world. The staff is so friendly from check in to answering many questions. The restaurant , Luna is lovely. The food fine and views awesome. The pools are what make this place. So beautiful and the swim up bar is such a great place to meet people. Would come back here.

Very well run hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Secure. Lava restaurant was both beautiful and great food. Hot spring pools. Swim up bar. Great breakfast. FYI, people can see into your room from the pool if you simply close the lining shade. Close both for privacy.

I lovely place if you’re looking for a comfortable room to stay in La Fortuna. We really enjoyed the adult only environment. The staff are lovely, rooms are clean, food is delicious, and the pool area is fantastic.

Fantastic experience, and friendly staff! They’re all so professional and informative. The food was amazing, and their complimentary breakfast was great. Great location. It’s a 7 minute drive to downtown La Fortuna, and 20-25 minutes to Arenal 1968 trail and to the hanging bridges. The staff did a great job with calling a taxi, taking our bags, and great room service. I wish they had more thermal pools.

Great location - view of volcano spectacular. Each and every staff member were absolutely the best. Restaurant food was very good, daily free breakfast was excellent. A bit noisy due to location just off mail road. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.
