호텔 크리스탈 2(Hotel Cristal 2)

Muy buen fin de semana en este hotel. Todo ordenado y limpio. El personal simpático y las vistas al mar muy hermosas. Repetiremos pronto

Great hotel facing the ocean. Clean rooms, affordable stay, and very friendly staff. They offer limited parking in garage nearby, 12 euros a day. Street parking is available as well for free. Nice restaurants in the area, also by the ocean.

The walls are wafer thin, you can hear conversations and chair movement from other rooms. On Saturday night there were two girls singing and banging on doors in the corridor, this is not the hotels fault however they seemed to deal with the situation poorly. Come sunday night (22:30) my friend has a baby and we were in her room when we recieved a phone call from the hotel receptionist saying there is a noise complaint. We explained it was probably the baby ( they were just babbling away, not crying), they asked for us to move rooms. They were nice and gave an upgrade, however it was 22:30 the baby was ready for bed and we had to pack up the belongings and move rooms causing a lot of disturbance. The staff were apologetic and explained that they knew about the singing girls at 3am the night before ( I think they could see our frustration from the previous night regarding the real noise complaints) but it isn't really very good customer service. They realistically should've moved those who complained rather than asking a mother and a 4 month old baby move rooms at 22:30 at night. There was also a confusion regarding our booking. The lady on reception asked us to pay, although our money had been taken out of our account from *********** The rooms are clean, shower is good. Just a shame about the events which took place and how they were handled. Also, limited English, so if you do not know spanish you may struggle ( our friend is Spanish so we communicated through her).

Déjà sur internet on annonce chb a 40€ et sur place ça passe à 53 vue arrière et 80 vue mer… en entrant ds l hôtel puis dans la chambre j’trouve que le parquet était beau et la déco d’un autre temps… dans les faits: porte de salle de bain ne ferme pas baignoire fuit évier et baignoire ont l email éclaté… coté chambre taille correcte propre et literie confortable, mobilier en bois massif dans son jus mais en très bon état mais pas de 2e oreiller un fauteuil déchiré dans un coin brûlures de cigarettes et odeur de tabac. Quant au service, une ardoise propose en petit déjeuner mais le monsieur de l accueil nous dit qu il faudra aller au resto un peu plus loin, distributeur de produit douche et shampoing cassé… bref, a tester si on aime voyager dans le passé… seul bon point: vue imprenable sur la tour hercule et le bord de mer, très sympa.

No sé hospeden en este lugar! Es el peor hotel que visité en mí vida. Tal como mencionan todos la mujer mayor que trabaja ahí es maleducada y muy violenta. Reserve una habitación por una app, llamé el día anterior para confirmarla porque no la veía cobrada en mí tarjeta y me dijeron que estaba todo bien, que me la cobrarían el mismo día. Cuando llegué, me habían cancelado la reserva porque supuestamente había problema con mí tarjeta, el hombre de la recepción que es lo único bueno de ese lugar, me ofreció otra habitación y ahí apareció la mujer horrible, que desde el inicio me habló muy mal. Me quiso dar una habitación sin llave, cuando le pedí que no me podía quedar sin llave para entrar y salir empezó a tratarme peor, luego me dio una habitación que estaba muy sucia, el baño y la cama llena de pelos. Cuando le reclamé me dijo que me fuera, le pedí que por favor me diera una habitación limpia que ya había pagado, me tiró las sábanas sucias y me dijo que usara eso, cuando le dije que no AGARRÓ MIS COSAS Y TRATÓ DE HECHARME A LA CALLE!!! De no ser por una pareja de franceses que me defendieron no sé en qué terminaba porque se puso muy violenta y agresiva. No contenta con eso al otro día mientras me bañaba trató de abrirme la puerta de la habitación porque estaba probando llaves, si no hubiese tenido la llave puesta del otro lado me abría la puerta mientras me cambiaba. Es el peor lugar del mundo, no vayan ahí a pasar un mal momento, es caro, está manejado por una mujer violenta y muy maleducada y encima sucia.

Buena situación, cerca de todo y rápido acceso al centro y a la playa. Tranquilidad y buen ambiente. El personal facilita el conocimiento de la ciudad con planos e información detallada . El desayuno se puede ampliar o modificar pagando pequeña diferencia. Recomendable!

Talmente desaconsejado, a no ser que no te quede otra y tuvieras que dormir como alternativa en algún portal. La señora muy borde y la habitación justa no, lo siguiente. Eso sí, es barato, pero en esa zona de Riazor hay tres o cuatro que le dan mil vueltas por poco más de precio. PAL GATO.

Me gustó especialmente lo grande que era la habitación y las fantásticas vistas a la playa de Riazor

Reservamos um quarto de frente para o mar COM AR CONDICIONADO, com umas fotos lindas. Recebemos um quarto horrível, de frente para o mar, mas SEM AR CONDICIONADO, com um ventilador super barulhento. O pessoal do atendimento variou entre mal humorados, grosseiros e cínicos. Para eles está tudo certo anunciar um serviço e não oferecer. E ficam aborrecidos quando você reclama. Nem bom dia dão ou até logo dão. Nunca fomos tratados com tanta falta de cortesia por um hotel. E nós viajamos muito.
