컴포트 스위트 카일(Comfort Suites Kyle)

When we arrived after 3 o'clock we were told there was no TV or internet and not nicely. then we were not told that breakfast was from 6am to 9am on the weekends so we had to go across the street to eat breakfast. then the room was supposed to be handicap accesible but the shower was walkin with no hold bars or seating. the bed was so high that I had to find something to climb up on to get into it. Not enough towels in the bathroom either. I travel often and this location was not a good experience.

Lobby and room was nice. a/c was cold, shower was hot. Room did not smell like mold or mildew. Close to many restaurants for quick outing for food. I would recommend to stay here, and will be staying here again in the future.

I’ve stayed here before because it’s a nice place to stay, especially for business trips. This time I showed up for my 2nd night and there was no fresh towels, sheets, etc.. The room wasn’t cleaned by the staff. I went to the front desk and was told “You were supposed to tell us to clean it” lol,( like I said not the first time staying here) I asked for another room because they wouldn’t clean it and was told it was not doable because the boss wasn’t on site. I had to check out a night earlier and drive back home, of course no refund because i “didn’t pay for the insurance fee”, I just expected the hotel staff to perform their job. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

We stayed overnight to avoid the morning rush hour into Austin Texas. This cut 3 hours off our already 10 hour drive. A little off the beaten path, but far enough to not hear the I35 traffic.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the warm welcome by the kitchen staff when we went to breakfast. We plan to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to the area.

The hotel could not have been better. The srevice, room, lobby, breakfast and location were perfect. This was a great experience!

I hate the fact that it somehow changed the dates of the stay on its own and the hotel wouldn’t allow for modifications , so they charge the total amount for a night for the stay

The staff is kind and accommodating. I stay here often and they are kind to prepare the room fragrance-free for my allergies. I appreciate that-- it makes traveling so much more comfortable for me. The assistant manager, Maria, and manager, Nate are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Diane the breakfast attendant is very friendly and does a nice job.
