We enjoyed our quick check-in, excellent facilities, and the proximity to Alshaheed Park for a walk. Unfortunately, the booking does not include breakfast (it costs KD 15, almost $50 per person, so it is expensive). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant Experience - The 4 Seasons experience is legendary but each time I stay it is amazing how they get the detail so right! I always consider that ‘Nobody is alive until you use their name!’ WOW 4 Seasons Kuwait… Amazing, from airport pick up, arrival with Leah to dinner with Singali at the Italian restaurant… Brilliant!

I had a terrible experience with the car service at Four Seasons Kuwait. It was honestly shocking for a hotel like this. • I booked a car through the hotel to go around the city. • The price was way too high for what I got. • The car was very dirty, inside and outside. Totally unacceptable. • The driver had a very bad smell, and it made the ride very uncomfortable. • This kind of service is a disgrace for a hotel that calls itself luxury. I feel like I was ripped off. The hotel should be ashamed of offering this kind of service. I do not recommend using their cars – it’s not worth the money at all.

It’s the worst hotel in Kuwait. Tonight they have a wedding at the 18 floor in a suite among guests rooms , a wedding with loudspeakers, music, and maids serving and chatting near our room . They have no respect for their guests , their lobby is small but they have many events every day the lobby is always backed, the entrance of the hotel is always blocked . They have no other entrance for the ballroom all from the same entrance. It’s our first and last.

I am coming back for the third time for business to Kuwait and I have always been staying at the Four Seasons, which for me is the best address in town. Today I was checked-in and warmly welcomed back by the Assistant Hotel Manager Mr Mousa Andeutung - a fine young gentleman from Jordan - who was an excellent host. The hotel has all you need and the team is very helpful and warm. I highly recommend it.

We reserved a suite for my daughter wedding preparation which was in the hotel. The staff arranging and preparing for the wedding were amazing. Special thanks for mr Hani, Mrs Yosra, Mrs Reem and Mrs Salam who were very helpful. The suite was very spacious, clean with excellent room service. On the wedding day the bridal suite was very good. The service during the wedding was great and special thanks for Mrs Agnes and Mrs Glaiza. I think soon we will reserve again for weekend to relax.

Value of money i expected luxury service but i didn't like the food testin the break fast buffet also room size not feel welcome from staff specially reception team i requested late check out but they informed you should pay for that i will never back again

I stay here first time.i am so happy with cleanliness .here is everything we can get if we need anything housekeeping provided. They clean the room nicely,cleaned toilet,they make nicely my bed especially Bikesh he cleaned my room very nicely thank you Bikesh for your service
