From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. 나와 내 가족은 2020년 12월에 이 리조트에 처음 머물렀습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방은 몬순 시즌으로 인해 침수되었습니다. 창문의 실리콘은 이미 오래되어 비가 내부로 들어 왔습니다. 수도관도 깨졌습니다. 우리는 방을 107번에서 106번으로 바꾸고 마지막으로 112번으로 바꿔야 합니다. 방은 가족이 사용하기에 넓습니다. 서비스가 꽤 좋습니다. 그날 바로 직원이 응대합니다. 그들 덕분입니다. 수영장이 넓고 좋습니다. 우리 아들들은 수영장을 아주 좋아합니다. 그것은 우리의 휴일을 행복하게 만듭니다. 감사합니다.
