Worse than Ever bad service bad aircon bad lift bad management 家人們請避雷這家酒店 管理層非常不好 不能及時處理你任何基本問題 我凌晨一點還在修冷氣換房間 第二間房間還是一樣冷氣有問題 前前後後兩天都在換房間都在擔心房間 基本的服務都做不好🙂 對了晚上六點了 清理員才輪到問你要不要收拾房間 大家出門旅行在外最不能浪費時間在酒店 而且這些不是基本的嗎 我已經中招一次 不希望別人一樣🙏

The view is very good. Bcz the hotel is not within the city area so got a full KL City View from your room if you get a room facing the KL City area. Breakfast quality is not stable, first day very good but the second day needs improvement. Parking per day RM10 for hotel guests. Hotel rooms are on the higher floor of the building, that's why the view is good. After check in the water heater is not working, but works properly after the technician comes. Overall good lah, also got provide nespresso capsules and refill everyday 👍👍👍. Will stay again if going KL.

This is be my second time staying with Mercure Trion. Well it was fine during my first visit but NOT my second visit. The hot shower wasn’t working well at all! I encountered 3 rounds without hot shower. Every single time I’ll have to complaint to the reception and wait for like 30mins for hot shower. This shouldn’t be happening for a 4 star hotel. I could forgive them as they are new but they should fix it after first and second rounds of complaints! Please MAKE NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS!

Is a new hotel which lack of man power and also lack of proper SOP. 1. Registration counter just one person when peak season and peak timing (check out and check in) 2. Hotel system is not updated as a lot of customer ady paid at apps but the registration system is showing haven’t made payment. 3. Room so far so good just the toiletries is not replenished (body soap bottle is empty in the toilet, only 1 toothbrush for 2 guest) 4. Room don’t have bottle type of mineral/drinking water. 5. Breakfast: Bread/Toast part: customer are not provided gloves to handle and slice the bread hence some customer are using their bare hands. which makes it unhygienic. Baked Beans: Can taste is directly from the can without additional cooking (hence the taste is hard) Hash-brown: Outside is crunchy but inside still abit raw. Chef: Although they are wearing gloves but they are not suppose to be handling the food directly by using their hands replenished the food tray. They should be using cutlery. Cleaners: They should change all the sets of cutlery on the table instead of only the one which have been used. I saw they are reuse the cutlery & tissue which they assume is unused. Hope there is an improvement after this as the hotel is brand new and the decorations is really nice. 😊

Very satisfied for the new hotel in the middle of the town. The room is big, the facility is new and clean, plus it comes with the free breakfast, the breakfast is nice and the food is refilled all the time even the time even going to closed. it is worth the money that you paid. The only thing need to comment is the front desk service., it is long queue but no reason. The car park does not have sign board to indicate where is the best location for parking. All of this need to improve. Other everything is good, you probably can reach many attraction nearby KL town in a few minutes.

Newly built hotel, however still in pre-opening mode, parking system at basement was faulty during check in, made us wait around 30min for the power to turn back. Parking for hotel is at another side (means after you tap card at entrance, you have to tap again to enter Hotel reserved parking). Room was nice and basic amenities provided, however the front office service was poor, the calls to Reception never answered and the long queue during check out, seems like they were very slow in handling the system. Pool and Gym Facilities at Level 54, Hope they do something with the corridor after lift landing, as water splashing everywhere from the pool and made the walkway slippery, quite dangerous for older people/kids. Location not exactly good as it is surrounded by old shops and not in the KL centre

very new hotel, apparently we stayed during their grand opening so in the morning there were tests done on the PA system that interrupted sleep. lacking room slippers but everything else was wonderful. the room comes with a couch and is very clean. the staff was friendly and quick to respond. one thing to note is that on high floors, phone network and hotel wifi is abit wonky. maybe after their launch it would be fixed. i would 100% come back

The hotel is very noisy although very newly open with super bad sound proofing so in the end me and the hotel ending playing sound and music for 1 round(applause!)shout out to such tormenting tactic but i sleep well because my best friend's death anniversary i got a good rest. I give this a full rating review cause it is CHEAP DESPITE EVERYTHING NEW. HAHA. So welcome anyone who can tolerate crazy sounds and busybody STAFF GETTING SALARY TO COME PICK A FIGHT WITH YOU come to stay! I ALSO ENJOY EATING AT THE LOBBY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO PLAY ANOTHER ROUND, UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ARE TOO BUSY BY THE STRANGE DOWNFALL OF SYSTEM DOWN I GUESS. WHOO~HOO~~我的心情七上又八下.HAHAHA
