The spa and pool facilities are great — the water is pleasantly warm, even in winter. The rooms are decent and comfortable, but the bathrooms are poorly maintained. There are constant leaks, and after every shower, the whole floor ends up soaked. We stayed in several rooms, and it was the same everywhere, so it seems like a design flaw rather than a one-off issue. The food was disappointing. It felt like most of the dishes were reheated from previous days, especially at dinner. Breakfast was okay, but definitely not impressive. As for the staff — a few were kind and helpful, but the majority seemed indifferent or even irritated, which really affected the overall experience.

You want to enjoy a peaceful seaside vacation - not at this hotel! First night - crazy loud teenagers with an alcohol party till 1:30 a.m. Second day - hammers banging and drilling noises for the whole day, worst was the second night- another party, wedding this time, with never ending fireworks! Wouldn’t take the risk to stay another night. Room doors heavy, but not soundproof whatsoever, so kids’ screams could be heard in every single room along the hallway. Outdoor pool area - so tight that lounge chairs are literally 2 inches apart. What a comfort and privacy! Pool bar - closed regardless of the fact that it’s got a sign with business hours. The food is the only thing that I give the one star for, good variety, but cooked food is not kept warm, not even the meats, neither any of the barbecued meat and fish. And the food presentation- are you kidding me, it’s like in the old 90’s Balkantourist restaurants. Coffee at breakfast is undrinkable and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage prices are ridiculous, unimaginably expensive. 300-350% over the retail bottle price . Ah, and it’s worth to mention- if you plan to enjoy a comfortable sleep with comfortable pillow, get ready to add another 50 bucks to your bill. Not a 5* service , nor quality, that’s for sure. Noisy hotel, mediocre food, pity service , overpriced! Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!
