The Villa consists of two floors with a private entrance. Each floor benefits from a well-equipped open kitchen, dining and living space with an amazing view over the calm Caribbean Sea. On both floors a total of six people can be accommodated and features three king-size bedrooms. The bedrooms all have their own private en-suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding area. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels and an adjustable air conditioning system. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a lounging space and a big dining table next to the pool area. This is the infinity pool blends perfectly together with the ocean and provides the perfect way to cool off when it gets too hot. We are offering our well-maintained oceanfront studio condominium located just 75 yards from the water. F-9 is a bright studio unit at Sand Dollar Resort. The kitchen area has been totally remodeled and updated with completion in October 2022. The new white kitchen provides more cabinet space, more drawer space, more outlets and more counter space which is finished in Corian. Also new in 2022 is cooktop, kitchen stools and counter height table, couch, Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress and LG split unit air conditioner. The ample bathroom was previously remodeled with updated wall and floor tile as well as lighting, all fixtures and large glass block shower. This unit is tastefully decorated with tropical artwork. Automatic hot water heater installed so you won't run out of hot water.
